  Lasting Legacy Plumbing sent their technician/project manager, Junior Jimenez, to evaluate our house for a water filtration system installation, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and attitude. A technician from another company had previously inspected our home and claimed it would be extremely difficult to locate the main water entrance and separate the house lines from the front and backyard sprinkler lines. Junior solved both of these issues with ease after a careful inspection. To confirm his findings, he even crawled into the elevated underground foundation to physically inspect the pipelines. It was demanding work, but he handled it with incredible effort and patience. I truly appreciate the high-quality service provided by Lasting Legacy Plumbing and wish their business continued success!

  Time had come to make an improvement to protect our home and irrigation system from water pressure spikes. The guys at Lasting Legacy are always very friendly and do outstanding work at a fair price. For this visit, Rafael Macias was dispatched to our home to install dual PRVs as we had requested. Besides also being very friendly and knowledgeable, the work he completed was absolutely beautiful! I can imagine for plumbing work, this s probably pretty rare to hear. I have hired many different companies to complete work at our home through the years and Lasting Legacy has earned my trust as my go to for their varying services and when possible, I will request Rafael. In no small part to Rafael's hard work I can now rest easy at night knowing our home is well protected! Thanks so much Rafael and the Lasting Legacy team!

  I had to replace my AC and HVAC system during a heat wave. Lasting Legacy did their best to keep my house livable while they worked on the replacement providing Hector, Gabriel, Omar, and Damien were all stars. They worked fast, efficiently, and cleanly. Everyday when they cleaned up their work area (not including if they stored something outside etc if they were coming back the next day) it was like they’d never been there. During the busiest time and the hottest week all summer they got full duct replacement and HVAC/AC replacement done in 3 days total with little lag time. Seriously, from demo/removal of the old unit to replacement and insta of the new one heat pump. These 4 worked their butts off. Could not recommend them enough. The before and after photos speak for themselves. Special shout out to Cory for walking us through the process initially and making sure the plan worked out, and to Laura the dispatch coordinator for being communicative and looking out for the teams she works with. Happy to be a customer with these folks!

  I highly recommend Lasting Legacy! After going back and forth with our home warranty company and getting nowhere, I finally had enough and gave Lasting Legacy a call. They got us in quickly, took their time, and were super thorough finding the actual problem. They were even able to get everything fixed the same day! Which I was amazed by! They were very professional, easy to work with, and SO good with our dogs while they were here, which I really appreciated. Such a relief to finally have everything taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

Andrew G arrived well within the promised timeframe, listened to our description of the problem, and immediately had a strong idea of what was wrong. He confirmed his suspicion, grabbed the necessary part right from his truck, and had our unit up and running in record time. What stood out most was Andrew’s honesty and thoroughness. After fixing the primary issue, he ran diagnostics to double-check his work and noticed that the starter was drawing more power than expected. He explained the situation clearly, laid out our options, and gave us space to decide without any pushy sales tactics. Before starting the additional service, he even checked his service catalog to secure the best pricing for us and introduced us to their club membership program for long-term savings. Andrew is professional, personable, and exceptionally skilled at his trade. Lasting Legacy provided unmatched emergency service on short notice, saving our family (and three-month old) from another miserable night in the heat.
