  Bobbie-Jean at Tuff Shed Redding was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for our project. I had a million questions throughout the process, and she always answered quickly, thoroughly, and with so much patience and positivity. This shed was part of a very special project for a Make-A-Wish family, and Bobbie-Jean went above and beyond to help make it perfect. The final result exceeded expectations, and the wish kid was absolutely thrilled. Her customer service was truly 5-star every step of the way. If you’re considering a Tuff Shed project, I highly recommend asking for Bobbie-Jean — she’s the best!

  We had such a great experience from start to finish. The sales lady was kind, helpful, and never pushy. She really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. The setup process was just as smooth. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our space. Everything felt easy and well taken care of, which we really appreciated.

  Bobbie-Jean helped us fully customize a big shed to make into our sons room and the entire process was such a breeze and not stressful at all thanks to all her help and patience. Dave the contractor who came to the property to install and build and he was awesome too!

  Our experience extended from October 2025 to January 2026 with the initial appt being booked then several weeks later getting a call again to have it booked (apparently the scheduling person did not put us on the schedule the first time). This caused weather delays and when the shed was finally put up in November the window was broken. We were then ghosted by the scheduling department with repeated calls by my husband to them, never calling us back. He finally called from a different phone and got on the schedule for paint and windows and they finally finished in late January. I love my Tuff shed now but the effort required ...not sure I would do it again.
