  Amazing experience with Shasta Garage Doors. Love the look of the updated garage door! Frank was professional and hard working. When he first came to my house to take measurements, he fixed my old garage door so it would work until I was able to replace the door. This extra step and the competitive quote made me choose Shasta Garage Doors. Nicki was a fast communicator and a fair negotiator. Thank you!

  Everyone from the team to Frank the technician was kind and helpful ! Called ahead of schedule to let me know he was on his way !   I heard a loud noise no idea where it came from till I went to open the garage door. It wouldn’t budge. It’s Saturday on Labor Day weekend and the car is locked in the garage. I called Shasta Garage Doors. An hour later Frank showed up with new springs. He installed them, opened the door and checked the entire door system. That’s what I call excellent service. Thanks Shasta Garage Doors and Frank for a job well done!
