  We had an Emergency Repair to our 21 yr old air conditioner when it was 100 degrees out. Our technician, Zachary Mello, was extremely professional , transparent and explained in detail the knowledge we needed for the replacement of the Capacitor. We appreciate his expertise. We signed up for the Cozy Club program as servicing your unit is highly important when you have the extreme elements of Redding. I would highly recommend Redding Heating & Air .

  We have had top rated service from Redding Heating and Air. Communication is always good, technicians are knowledgeable and there’s no signs that they were there when they leave, no mess left behind. We purchased our mini splits from them And they serviced them two times a year as part of a service agreement, we pay a small amount each month and the two visit to your don’t cost anything. It works out very nicely. Definitely recommend them.

  Originally contacted RH&A on one of our older systems that just quit working. Within 48 hours, Zach had patched one of the old systems, inspected both, and had Dan here to discuss further repairs or replacement. We opted for replacement. Tory was here within 24 hours of our signing the contract to do the pre-inspection and get the permitting process started. Chris, along with Nathan and Kevin were here first thing on Monday morning to begin the removal and install of both systems. Timely Polite Professional Kept us informed of steps and/or changes Kept the site clean and Cleaned up all their debris when they were finished. Thanks to a great team of guys from sales - install! Within one week of our original call, we had both new systems up and running!

  This is the best company around, I went through five years of hell with a previous company and finally was introduced to Redding heating and air, the entire company is amazing!! I had an entire new system installed spectacularly by Austin, Mike, Carlos, Spencer, and Nathan. Though I worked with Austin and Mike specifically and I gotta tell you these boys are on top of it every question, concern and detail was answered and addressed to a T. They were polite clean and personable, which makes you comfortable with a crew in your home, always on time or early when they said they would be and honestly made the whole experience absolutely wonderful, I will never use or go to any other company then Redding heating and air for my needs again. Great job guys you are the absolute best.
