  Gabriel & Zach were both fantastic! They were very professional and efficient, while also extremely helpful with tips we could do. They serviced 8 units & took the time to show and explain answers to questions. On top of that they both were fun and engaging!

  Yall no called no showed at my grandparents house and had them waiting all day. Shitty way to run a company. Especially how yall ripped off customers like another lady down the street from my grandma. The other lady paid over $900 for something (forgot what) another company came out and called yall out for being scammy people. Do better or do the bare minimum and train your people properly and for them to be honest. This is such an easy trade to scam people on and it happens a lot!

  Zachary was a star! He diagnosed our issue and fixed the problem right away. He was excellent at communicating everything to us and was very pleasant and professional. We are happy customers and feel great about always using Redding Heating & Air!

  Richard was very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me as clearly as possible. He even took the time to share pictures of our ac unit and what he saw when diagnosing the unit.

  Zachery was very thorough and educated me on everything while he did his diagnostics. He asked before installing expensive components. He made a possibly stressful situation very relaxing. He’s awesome and I would recommend him every time for any problem any one may have. He has the personality and the skill!
