  Swift, knowledgeable and friendly service! We have 2 units, several intakes with over a dozen vents, and it was all cleaned within a single time slot! They also had time to spare to educate us on a number of topics. All that instills an immense level of trust and security! We're happy to be club members with this company!

  Redding Heating and Air came out for a tuneup. Our technician Alan did an extremely thorough evaluation and tune up on our whole system for a very reasonable price. Alan was very knowledgeable in all areas of our HVAC, he explained the issues he found and offered options for remediating them. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Redding Heating and Air. I highly recommend this company for any hvac needs.

  Gabriel contacted me before he got here, showed up on time, was professional and respectful of our attention seeking cat...lol. He showed me how to do basic cleaning of my unit outside and advised me of upgrades that I could do to improve my system, but also was not pushy. I appreciate his hard work, professionalism and friendliness.

  When our AC went out from the first employee Dan came out to give us a estimate too the two installers Michael & Nathan who are very good at there jobs and very respectful!! They had us back and running in four days with a full install of new unit and insulation in our attic.

  Our experience has been a mix of frustrations and positives. The financing process was difficult from the beginning. I applied for financing, but there seemed to be confusion about how to process the financing card, even though it was on file the entire time. Unfortunately, the situation ended up feeling like it was being placed back on us rather than being resolved. During that process, Dan came across as dismissive and somewhat condescending, and we didn't feel that our concerns were really being heard. The HVAC installation itself went smoothly, but unfortunately the unit started having issues not long after it was installed. Within the first eight months, we had several service calls for a brand-new system, which was disappointing. Things finally took a turn for the better when Gabe was sent to our home. He immediately seemed more experienced than the previous technicians. He quickly identified the underlying problem, fixed what he could during the visit, and clearly explained the additional issues that needed attention. Fast forward to today, and although it's unfortunate that our one-year-old unit has continued to have significant problems, Gabe came back out and once again diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. He had our air conditioning running again in no time. While we've been disappointed with the reliability of the unit and parts of our overall customer service experience, Gabe has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He's the reason we're taking the time to leave this review, and we truly appreciate the excellent service he's provided.
