  The technician was punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful. He did the inspection quickly and thoroughly and even unplugged our kitchen sink at no extra charge. Will definitely be signing up for another 3 years of service! Highly recommended.

  I’ve been working with Earls Plumbing for over 5 years and I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, honest, reliable, and always incredibly responsive, especially during emergencies. Anytime I’ve had an urgent issue, they’ve sent technicians out quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. One thing I really appreciate is their communication. The dispatchers always call about 15 minutes before the technician arrives, and the technicians themselves take the time to explain everything clearly so you fully understand the problem and the solution. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable, which is hard to find these days. Most importantly, they are honest. With plumbing, honesty is extremely important because you are trusting and relying on someone’s expertise in stressful situations. I have always felt confident that Earls Plumbing is trustworthy and genuinely looking out for their customers rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. Excellent company, excellent service, and excellent people. I absolutely trust them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable plumbing services.

  Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out and installed a new automatic water shutoff valve. He explained where the unit was best to be installed at, and also the quote was explained to me. And he was very thorough with helping me set the unit. He also helped look at and give me advice on my old house plumbing. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues!

  Justin P. Came out to the house today to fix the broken filter, which caused us to have to turn off our water to the house till he got there. Even tho I was not home when he arrived he still called me and walked me through what was happening and he had to order parts! He had all the parts and we were fix up in no time! Thank you Justin for coming to the rescue and being patient and understanding while I was still at work and helping me through the process of getting everything squared away! Even or three way call with the lady in the office (can’t remember her name) was Pleasant and we got everything accomplished! Thanks guys
