  I am very disappointed at the service I received after paying five figures for the work that was completed. The plumber, Albert was inconsistent with his communication with me, as well as spending his time working on the job. The job took two months to complete, and Albert did not work 5 days a week on the job. The only consistent line of communication was when I was informed of an increase in the total cost of the job, which occurred 3x. The pictures I posted are of my septic tank, exposed. I was told that the job was completed. My old septic tank was covered with rocks and soil. I had to request for the sidewalk in front of my home to be power washed due to the dirt that was left over. I also experienced a back up in the plumbing in my home after the septic system was replaced due to my plumbing not being snaked out when I originally placed the request for service. I am sending this message to potential customers to carefully explore all of your options.

  First, it was nice being able to request an appointment with specific time windows through their website. They had availability the same day, and were great about giving a heads up that they were on their way within the appointment window. Justin was very polite and honest about the extent of the damage, what it would take to fix it, and scheduled the help he needed right then and there so we knew when to expect him back. He quoted us on the high end, which was helpful so we could be prepared. Justin and Stefan came right on time to repair the broken pipe, were in and out in less time than they allotted, and the job ended up being less expensive than we were quoted. Overall, quick service, good communication, prompt, and fair on pricing. Will use them again!

  Matt, was a nice guy but he misdiagnosed my water heater. After he hooked up a water line to my new garage refrigerator and a gas line to a garage dryer he told me that the 17 year old water heater would no relight. The pilot was on but would not ignite. He said that he could not find the part that failed. He gave me two options. One was for a new 50 gallon water heater for $3200 or a tankless water heater for $6400. Fortunately I got a second opinion and within 3 minutes he determined that my water heater worked 100% . The water heater would not ignite because the water in the tank was very hot. I am not a plumber and when the pro's give me bad advice it makes Earls Plumbging looks very badly. Fortunately I can keep my water heater for a few more years. It is sad when people try to sell me expensive items that are not needed.

  Last night I had a pipe break under the house. This is the second weekend emergency I have experienced in the past year. Both times Earls Plumbing has saved me. Last night I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew who wasted no time diagnosing & suiting up & taking his tools into a very dark & narrow crawl space & repairing the broken pipe. What a valuable employee to have! Even though it was an unexpected, expensive repair, Matthew & his waste no time attitude & work ethic, had me smiling when it was all over. I also want to point out, the first gentleman who helped me a year ago (I cant remember his name) was also really great. Thanks Earls Plumbing & team.

  Oh man where do I begin Albert is the man, my weekend started off work started very stressful with our septic system, backing up, called earls and they dispatched Albert To my house he very quickly and thoroughly checked my system, gave me very a honest and efficient diagnosis, with a quick path to solutions with best case and worst case scenarios he then very promptly communicated issues he found and provided fast and efficient and affective solutions getting my system up and running perfectly again which was cost effective and just life saving. Thank you Albert for being honest and speedy and working with me while I was running a birthday party and getting my house hold back up to a normal state thank you from one father to another.
