  Very helpful and knowledgeable. I inquired about a well on a property I was in the process to purchase. Debbie was very kind every time I called and gave the info I needed. Even Tom called and made sure we were getting all the info we needed as well.

  This company had some difficulties getting my 20+ year old motor out of the existing well Brian and Scott Fabricated a tool for my specific situation and retrieved the old motor and pipe! Now I have a completely new well motor electrical and new riser 1 1/4 pipe Brian is a good communicator and his personality boasts confidence! Thank you for doing me a solid job in a short amount of time

  ****June 2026**** I recently called Heitman to help me assess my clients well, which had stopped pumping water. Brian called back right away, and heard me describe my symptoms (amps, voltages etc) - which were inconclusive since a control box re-build didn't solve it for me. Sounds fishy he said, and he came the next day to check it out. Seems like it should be pumping but no water. His next step he separated the output from the well head to check for vibration, water and air at the top of the well. Vibration confirmed the motor was running, but produced neither water nor air (air would indicate a dry well). So it had to be pulled. He came out the next day and had it replaced in about 5 hours (after I prepared the site for the truck access). ~220ft of new PVC Well pipe, New 10awg Wire, New 3hp Franklin Motor paired with a SS Grundfos Impeller. Excellent work. Friendly and good communication. BTW the original setup had been installed by Heitman in 2002 (3hp Franklin Motor paired with SS Grundfos Pump), and the failure point was the splined shaft coupling between the motor and pump head. The splines were literally worn down, both the male spines of the motor and the female splines of the pump were literally stripped out. So the motor was running but no longer spinning the impeller. No saving that one! Harsh, but it did last 23 years. **** 2025 **** I Called for inquiry on my well installed by Heitman 20 plus years ago. I thought the control box must be bad. Bill gave me some good tips on testing the wires going down the well so I could confirm whether the pump needed to be pulled. I confirmed his advice on a known good pump moter I have as a backup. So I could then determine for sure my next step, which was in fact to pull the pump. He actually suspected, correctly, that a wire had burned out at the junction. Good call!

  They are liars, they don't give written quotes so they can jerk around the price. I gave them a CC to "HOLD" they charged it for a ridiculous amount before I received an invoice that I disputed a month later when I did receive it. Not one individual price, no break down IE: how many years will the pump run, how many years will the box work...... Nope, not one price length of time things will work, no brands, nothing. I would never recommend them. Liars and thieves. The "new" owner kept telling me how he took it over, I wanted to tell him that 25 years ago when I used them the owner was honorable and you are NOT!!!!

  They do a good job. But their charges are quite steep. I also believe, (my opinion) they charge for repairs that should be covered under warranty. For example. About 2 years ago, We had to add 21 feet of pipe to get the pump lower down in the well. Well that pipe cracked under the union and they charged almost $400.00 to repair it. I don't think that was fair.
