  If you want your ceramic tile installed professionally, do not have this company do it. My husband & I decided to have this company install (brand- Arizona) wood resembling tile throughout our house and spent $18,000.00 about 5 years ago. There are many areas throughout the house that are discomforting to walk on because you can feel some sharp edges of the tiles. We did not question anything at the time because first of all, I’m not a tile specialist and I thought it was normal because it was new material. We also trusted this company because they are supposed to be the specialists. My husband and I got busy continuing with life with work & kids and here we are 5 years later, retired, and decided to do some research. I found information online by tile specialist that this job was shoddy work. We trusted this company to hire the experienced individuals to do this type of work especially when spending this amount of money. The men that installed it were nice & courteous but were subcontracted by Hailo and obviously did not have the proper training nor enough years of experience doing this type of work. Please do your homework & have the right people do whatever improvements you are going to do to your home because you don’t want to be stuck with shoddy work & see it everyday as a reminder that the company you hired really didn’t care about you as a customer.
