  Josh and Julia were very courteous. Josh explained everything to us before and after the service. Can't really comment on the price since everything went up anyway I guess it's reasonable considering they spent a lot of time in fixing the problem. We are happy with the service and would call them again if the need arises.

  Wow!! I'm so impressed!! Super kind and efficient service. Josh came for the job. He was excellent, he put up with all my questions and explained everything so I could understand. Showing me all the meters and calculation results.... I felt very confident with the service. I would recommend Veterans for sure! The company texted me 30 min before my appt and Josh let me know when he arrived. I had extra questions at the first call, and Jessie was patient and thorough to get back and answer everything! Thanks you guys! You are tops!!👍

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a plumbing issue and called Veterans Heating & Air Conditioning, Plumbing. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The technician showed up right on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and walked me through the repair options without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how straightforward and honest he was. The work was completed quickly, everything was cleaned up afterward, and the price was much more reasonable than I expected. It's not often you find a company that's professional, punctual, and affordable all at the same time. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
