  Robert first came and did an accurate assessment of the job. His rates were competitive and he didn’t upsell me on any additional work. His crew came and finished the job on time. This involved removing and reinstalling 2 solar panels. They took pictures before and after which clearly pin-pointed the issue. I will update this review once it rains at the end of this week to see if the work they did fixed the issue for sure.

  We were very happy with RT Roofing Specialist, Inc. Each individual working on the roofing installation was very knowledgeable and courteous.The owner was here at each step of the installation and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We recommend this company highly.

  10/27/2026 UPDATE in response to the Owner's Reply: The owner claimed below that I am "not a client" and have "no contract." I hold an official written contract issued on RT Roofing Specialist, Inc. letterhead with CSLB License #688166, as well as email records of the estimate. Claiming a customer doesn't exist to avoid addressing unresolved warranty claims and uncompleted contract work is extremely disappointing. I hired this company for a roof replacement in 2019 based on a coworker's recommendation. After completion, Rob IV instructed me to call or text his cell directly for any 5 year warranty issues, explaining he hadn't informed the owner (his father, Rob III) about the job. Shortly after, a new leak appeared near my chimney, and promised fascia board repairs were left undone. Though he patched the leak once, it returned in 2021, well within the warranty period. For years, my texts were met with vague promises or complete silence. When I finally reached out to the main office, I discovered they had no record of my project at all. Despite knowing the full history and that the issues began under warranty, ownership refused to take accountability, passed the buck back to Rob IV, and went silent I never heard from Rob IV again. I didn't ask for off the books work, and customers shouldn't suffer for internal business issues. For a company that markets itself on Christian values and integrity, the complete lack of follow through, integrity and accountability is deeply disappointing.
