A lot of the credit goes to our technician, Lucas, who handled everything from the initial quote through the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WHO and Lucas to any friends or family in need of a new water heater.

Lucas was out technician and he patiently explained our options. He quickly replaced our tank and explained how the pilot light works. So appreciate the professional service.
