- PCPeter Chen5 days ago5.0Referred to Fitch Electric through Generac after the 2025 Altadena/Pasadena fires. Trevor Williams came out to my house, and after some back-and-forth I signed the paperwork and put down a deposit on January 30, 2025. Life got busy, and by the time I followed up on June 16, 2025 — over four months later — I got nothing. No response from Trevor despite multiple texts, and no callback after leaving a message with the accounting department. I can't rate the actual installation since it never happened. But taking a signed contract and a deposit and then going dark for months is unacceptable. If you're considering them, get a clear installation timeline in writing before you pay anything. Update: Lucas the owner called immediately after the review was posted. He explained what had happened and did not make any excuses. They issued a refund.

They were honest, professional, and did an excellent job on my project to install Tesla EV charger with permit and lightning + camera fixtures. There was a situation where they could have easily charged me more, but instead Lucas identified that the issue appeared to be on PG&E’s side and advised me to contact them first. Thanks to his honesty and expertise, PG&E resolved the problem at no cost. I highly recommend Lucas and his team.

I kid you not, from the time I got off the phone with the service manager to when the tech arrived at my door was under 10 minutes. The contract wasn't even in my inbox yet and the tech had finished their work on the generator and got it back up and running. By far the fastest and most responsive home service business I have worked with. Will definitely call Fitch for any generator needs going forward.
