  On time, professional, courteous, competent. Set expectations and delivered on them. This was a plumbing repair. Previously I hadd them install a heat pump water heater. Great.

  Collin came out first and did a great job. Rogelio came out the second day and also did a great job. Plumbers had to come twice because the HOA wouldn’t turn the water off the first time. Both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced a faucet, one kitchen drain and 7 shut off valves. The cost was $3300+. They did a great job but I do think the price was a little steep. Anyway, it’s done and the work is warranteed. So that is peace of mind. I appreciate that they were good at what they were hired to do.

  Jesús installed a reverse osmosis system and a water softener in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He arrived right on time, took extra care to protect my home by laying down drop cloths, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. A few days later, I noticed a very slight leak. I called the office, and Sheri-Lee promptly scheduled Eric to come out the same day. Within 30 minutes, he had everything taken care of and the leak completely resolved. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the level of follow-up that I chose Barnett Plumbing again a month later to install a water heater. I was unsure whether to go with a tank or tankless system, but after discussing it with the technicians, we decided a tank system was the best fit for my family—and it absolutely was the right choice. Jesús and Jose handled the installation, and they were fast, clean, polite, and professional from start to finish. I will definitely be using Barnett Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
