  Great experience with Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters. Arturo did an excellent job upgrading our PRV, replacing the garbage disposal, and fixing the main bathroom shower control. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Daniel also did a detailed camera inspection of our pipes and cleared the clogged sinks efficiently. Overall, very professional service, clear communication, and quality work. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Barnett Plumbing!

  Sharlee, front office staff, was great! Very pleasant and helpful. Daniel, the service technician, was very professional and friendly. He quickly understood my concerns and was able to offer suggestions on how to accomplish what I needed. He conducted a thorough inspection and documented it with photographs. He explained what he saw and made suggestions as to what was needed to be done. No high pressure sales tactics! I was very much impressed with Daniel and look forward to working with him. Bill

  We had a great experience with Barnett Plumbing and water heaters. First of all, the customer service people are kind and responsive. We were well overdue to have our water heater evaluated and flushed. Our technician was Steve C. and he did great because he took the time to educate me of what he was doing and was willing to show me exactly what he was trying to do and explain. I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and patience to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It was a very positive experience!

  Francis came out to our house to inspect our water heater. Really appreciate his honesty as well as thoroughness. He made sure we understood job plan, cost, warranties etc. He was calm, meticulous and most importantly did not pressure us into making a decision. In fact he provided us 3 options and said we can decide on options tomorrow during installation. We have Barnett Plumbing more than once because not only is their work trustworthy so is their staff.

  I’ve used Barnett Plumbing for all my plumbing needs since I moved into my condo almost 6 years ago. They’ve installed my toilets, water heater, and whole house water purification system. They’d also installed new faucets in my kitchen & bathroom. Louis M came out this last week to give me a quote on running water to a new refrigerator’s ice maker. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated his time. He took pictures and was able to give me a quote right away. He even came out the same day I called. I signed up for their annual membership. This way I won’t need to pay a service charge for maintenance. And I’ll get a discount on any new work. I’ve always been very happy with their service. I’d highly recommend Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters. They help the rest of my family too!
