  Steven is amazing! He's very knowledgeable and knows how to put us at ease. Came over super quick even when we requested service at night. We got scared of the big work that'll need to be made but he even went through our insurance coverage to make sure we'll be in good hands and get everything covered. Glad to have been referred to them and definitely recommend Steven for the job. :)

  Darien is fantastic at his job. Very informative and in depth in the details when it comes to handling a large project like a home restoration. His knowledge helps in keeping things calm and helps to lessen the panic in my brain when I see my home get broken down. Thank you Darien!

  Steven came to house, went into crawl space to check flooded area. Explained process to clean and dry area. Gave me estimate for service i would need. Very polite, gave me information on possible ways to pay for services needed.

  When my water heater tank unexpectedly leaked, it caused damage not only to my property but also to my neighbors' unit below. It was a very stressful situation, but Restorerz made the entire process much easier. I want to especially thank Roberto, who came out on a Sunday right after the damaged water heater was removed. He took the time to explain everything, helped me start my insurance claim, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than just getting my business. He also provided detailed documentation for the insurance company and had his team and equipment on-site the very next day. Austin, Jeorge, and the rest of the crew were professional, punctual, and meticulous in monitoring the drying process, removing damaged materials, and disinfecting affected areas. Anna K. handled the billing directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for the water mitigation services. Overall, I am very happy with Restorerz's efficiency, quality of work, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

  Steven Nguyen was excellent to work with. He came out to assess a black mold issue in our guest bathroom and was very friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully inspect the affected area, clearly explain his findings, and answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was, as well as his willingness to make sure we understood the scope of the project and next steps. Steven's professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence moving forward with the remediation process. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest, communicative, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
