  Dude! Steven was so fast and professional. Handled insurance for me and made sure this was as stress free as possible 12/10 would use again if ever a pipe burst. Let’s hope not though.

  Roberto was very thorough when he inspected my home for water damage after a leaky toilet on the second floor. He took the time to explain everything to me and how some of his tools worked to detect moisture, as well as what they would need to do in terms of repairing the damage.

  Roberto was so comforting when he was talking to me about the mold in my house. The first thing he did was to review a report that we paid an environmentalist company to inspect our home for mold. When he said that he was familiar with the company, I felt at ease. He read the report and then took the time to explain what he environmentalists found When I showed him the bedroom that had been identified as having mold he inspected the room and took his time so he could identify the area where the mold was. He also asked to see the rooms that are next to the bedroom that had the mold. I was concerned that mold might be in other areas in the house. Roberto put me at rest when he inspected the rest of the house. As we discussed the plan one pressing me to sign the contract. He was very concerned that I felt reassured that I was making the right decision. I am so grateful that I found Restorerz Emergency Services. I definitely will be referring them to others who need their services.

  Hector and his staff did a good job wrapping the house with plastics so that dust won’t spread all over the house,they also cut the drywall and removed the floor that was affected and damaged by the water coming from underneath the floor, they are all hard working men a great asset to the company

  We had a long-term water leak due to a "hidden" AC Condensation drain leak that has resulted in mold and water damage. Contacted Restorerz for an inspection and bid with a scheduled appointment. The tech who came was Steven Nguyen. He was prompt, prepared, professional, and certainly knowledgeable regarding our repair needs. We are reviewing multiple bids but wanted to give a shout out to Restorerz and Mr. Nguyen for how they conduct business. Very impressive!
