  We had our upstairs neighbor water heater leak down into our water heater closet. She hired Roberto Barraza with restorerz, he was very professional approachable and helpful explaining what the steps were to get our house back to normal. Very easy to work with very satisfied with his approach and knowledge.

  Water pipe bursted in the kitchen/dining area and the ceiling collapsed. Steven Nguyen from Restorerz came and quickly stabilized the area and started the restoration process. He has been very supportive in dealing with home insurance as well. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done and doing. I highly recommend his service and Restorerz.

  Steven came out to my residents so quickly and was absolutely THE. BEST! Provided me with so much information when I asked him questions about the process and when/how/why things would work. Very knowledgeable but mostly very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but he has made this process so much less stressful. Such a pleasure to have that type of service.

  My experience with Restorerz has been amazing. I’m in the educational/quoting stages and they’ve been extremely kind and responsive. This is my first experience having to deal with a water leak in my condo, the process has been overwhelming to say the least. Starting with the customer service contact who got me in the right hands, to the Project Manager, Darien who’s been nothing but informational and understanding with the water leak situation I’m experiencing. Personality and care go a long way!

  Restorerz was recommended by my local plumber. Darien came to inspect some potential water damage coming from my bathroom. He gave me a call ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he arrived on time. He was quick and thorough in his investigation. I appreciated that he answered all my questions and even took the time to look at some other areas of the house that I thought might have issues. He gave me clear next steps and recommendations and options to consider given the potential remediation costs. I would definitely recommend Darien and Restorerz if you suspect you have water damage.
