  Mohammed came to the rescue tonight!! Leak in hot water pipe inside wall- so big deal to get to leak. He is very careful, very skilled, and a very nice person! He solved the problem with courtesy and attention to every detail. Highly recommend this comp, and in particular, Mohammed as that was the plumber extrodinare who came to our emergency tonight!

  They replaced the water heater in my apartment in Walnut Creek. My complex management team failed to notify me of the repair so I was a little shocked to find someone. Americana’s technician immediately apologized for the surprise and advised me what he was doing there. He went out of his way to make sure I immediately felt comfortable with him being there. Would gladly welcome him into my home again or even grab a beer. He was excellent. I needed some information from the office staff and they were a huge help in finding what I needed. I ended up needed some additional information and they were so happy to help. I even had some plumber friends review some photos of their install and they were incredibly impressed at how perfect everything was. Technician: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 Quality of service: 10/10
