It came time to replace our 3 15 year-old units and Don's came through again. From assessing our needs, to providing quotes for a couple of options, to scheduling and installation of the new openers the technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful. Brian and Duffy were mechanical and technical wizards. Installation of the new openers went smoothly. Like everything now, the new openers are WiFi enable so connect through an app requiring initial set-up. Much to my relief and delight, these guys programmed the remotes, & the companion keypad/camera to the app, and Duffy even helped me program the openers to my car. Left on my own for this, I'm confident I would have spent hours if not days to achieve the same result. I'm grateful to both Brian and Duffy for their patience, perseverance, and for going the extra mile!
