  Received a telephone call on the morning of the original appointment date. The caller indicated due to a shortage of technicians because of sickness I was asked to reschedule. First available was a week later which I took. The technician arrived and was polite and professional. The tech completed the preventative maintenance and efficiency service. A detailed synopsis of his findings was reported back to me. Based on the age and condition of the A/C system I am having a free estimate to replace the system upgrading it to a current generation. I gave the review 4 stars due to the rescheduling issue.

  The tech that was sent out got the job done without hesitation and in a professional friendly way. Everything from scheduling to completed service went as well if not better than expected.
