  When you call the office with a question or a problem, you get to talk to AI !!!! I tried several times with a question and never was able to speak to a human. The worker that came, was very knowledgeable and got right to the service of our heating units. Before leaving, he showed us pictures of the filters. He said they were ok for now, but would need to be replaced this winter. I was told they were not part of their service program. I asked what they would cost. He told us they were special filters and would have to be ordered, but he would order then - at a cost of $180 EACH !!!! I said I would think about it. Later that day I called a friend in the industry and based him to check them out. He said they would run about $15 (at a high end) I don’t think I will use them again.

  Our A/C wasn't working on a 104 degree day. Called early in the morning and our Air was fixed before noon. Employee was very professional. Thank you for taking care of our situation quickly.

  Our AC unit happened to stop working during some extremely hot temperatures, so getting it repaired as quickly as possible was especially important because my elderly father lives here. I called several HVAC companies, and this company was able to get someone out to us promptly. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They offer the convenience of calling or texting, whichever works best for you, which I really appreciated. The technician let me know when he was on his way and arrived shortly afterward. He thoroughly tested the unit but was somewhat limited because the breaker kept tripping. He recommended having an electrician replace the breaker to determine whether that would resolve the issue. About 30 minutes later, an electrician came out, replaced the breaker, and unfortunately, that did not solve the problem. I called the HVAC company back and asked if they could possibly send the technician out again that same day. Without hesitation, they absolutely did. The technician returned, continued testing the condenser unit, and ultimately determined that the condenser would need to be replaced. What really stood out to me throughout this entire experience was how friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional everyone was. They were honest, caring, and genuinely concerned about getting our AC working and making sure we were taken care of. When you're dealing with an AC emergency in extreme heat, especially with an elderly family member in the home, having a company that responds quickly, communicates well, and treats you with honesty and compassion means everything. I truly appreciate the service we received and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service!

  I called at 7:30 am during a heat wave, when my air conditioner quit cooling. It was fixed and back up and running by 9:30 am. The fastest service I have ever encountered, the technician was polite and explained everything and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

  From the detailed “game plan” from William/Bill to an excellent/enthusiastic install crew Rick, Zack, Cheline, to great communication/ follow up by Caitlin/office personnel, I made the right decision to hire them. Definitely recommend.
