  The Tech was very professional showed up on time did an outstanding job completing the required semi annual maintenance on my AC System cleaned up afterwards and departed my home.

  I have had Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air for almost 30 years to service my home for my cooler. They treat me and others as if we are family. The technician Diego came recently and maintained my cooler and he is a very nice man, very observant and cares about what he does. He did a wonderful job and he went right to work. Very polite and explained why my cooler was not working well and resolved the problem in a short amount of time. I thought that the problem was worse and it was not, and they are all very honest about their work and what needs to be done, and what NOT needs to be done. Hollyann Deparini, she is a "wonderful" woman and I love her demeanor. She takes a very personal interest with the customers and makes sure that the customers are taken care of and she is very superb at what she does and gets on it right away! I appreciate the very decent cost as well, they are VERY reasonable. They are keepers for sure. Thank you Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating, and Air! Shirley Montgomery

  The tech (Manual Barcenas) was awesome, professional, and got our AC back up and running quickly. He clearly had been working hard in the heat all day before reaching us in the late afternoon extreme heat. He was friendly and clearly is a hard worker. Thank you PR Heating and Air!
