  Landon was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was properly braced and safe from falling and causing injury or property damaged after the garage door was not installed correctly by another installer. Thank you !

  Ben is excellent to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail so you understand exactly what's going on. This was my second time working with him and I will ask fir him again when the need arises.

  We had an absolutely great experience with the Hamon Overhead Door Company. We needed a new garage door opener to replace a broken one that was twenty years old. Our technician, Landon was fantastic. We had a few questions and he had no problem addressing them in a friendly straight forward and knowledgeable way. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Landon was also super helpful in acquainting us with the new technologies that are now in modern garage door openers. Thanks to Landon for such an easy, hassle free repair.

  I’m giving this company two stars for their awesome repair tech did a great job. However, the company recently sold and things have gone up for times the amount. Also, it is extremely difficult to make an appointment now. It’s a very corporate type operation. The repair tech is amazing however

  One of our double door springs broke after hours, so I went to the Hamon Overhead Door website (was just sold to Bresser Garage Doors) and scheduled the next available appointment. Ben arived right at 7am, reviewed the options available with me, I made my selection and in short order he replaced both springs, lubed all the moving parts, and even made an adjustment so the door now clears the header. Ben was supper knowldgable, helpful, quick, and answeredmy questions about a future door and opener replacement. An overall good experience - thanks to Ben!
