  I finally got my garage door to close. Besser is the best! I was fortunate to have Ben C come to my house. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable and precise. He measured and weighed my garage door installed a new spring and used a torch to shorten the new spring by 6 inches to make sure it was the correct tension for my door. The last company 24/7 installed two spring which was too much tension and never came back to fix it even though they gave me a 15 year warranty. I can’t say enough good things about Besser Garage Door Repair. Don’t hesitate to call them.

  Landon kept in touch about his arrival as promised and we met as arranged. He completely understood my needs, took some notes and measurements to prepare his recommendations. However, before he left he spent a good deal of time providing & applying lubricants and testing effectiveness which greatly improved the opening and closing of the roll-up garage door. At no cost to me. Will await his recommendation about what options are available given that this is a storage unit that doesn’t appear to have a source of power. I will at least have the knowledge to explore options. Thank you Landon.

  This company is lovely to work with. I made the appointment, I was notified when the repairman was on his way, he contacted me when he was ten minutes out, Ben C arrived right on time, he was professional and polite and did the job quickly. He showed me how to work things and was so nice. It was such a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this company and if you get Ben C that’s even better.
