Working with Green Ladder Roofing was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Our inspector, Joshua, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best solution for our home. He arrived right on time and conducted a truly thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of our roof. What impressed us most was Joshua’s meticulous attention to detail. He carefully examined every structural element—including the transitions between our pitched and flat roof areas, vents, and flashing—and took clear photographs to show us exactly what was going on. He took the time to explain all our options in plain, easy-to-understand language and provided a completely transparent, fair quote with zero high-pressure sales tactics. Joshua’s honesty, patience, and deep expertise gave us complete confidence in their team. It is rare to find a contractor who truly listens to your concerns and respects your budget. If you want a trustworthy, top-tier roofing contractor in the area, I cannot recommend Green Ladder Roofing and Joshua enough!

Jesse with Green Ladder did an excellent job! Jesse was very polite and respectful but also extremely personable. It felt like having an old friend or a long time buddy come and inspect my roof not a stranger working for a company. The inspection was fast and thorough and they did an excellent job assessing the condition of my roof. I will definitely be recommending Green Ladder to everyone I know who has roofing needs on their property. 5 Star work to Green Ladder and Jesse.

I don't hand out compliments to contractors easily, but Green Ladder earned one this month. With all this El Niño weather changes we've been having, we wanted our roof properly prepped instead of just hoping it'd hold. They walked me through every step of the work along with the warranties I was getting, so I knew exactly what I was covered for. My home feels indestructible now, and honestly, i finally have more peace of mind now so Thank you to David and the team.

Called Green Ladder last week after finding a soft spot on the roof from all that rain. Inspector went on the roof and used a a drone instead of just eyeballing it, which I appreciated. Turned out we did need a new roof and we had double layers underneath the old we didnt know about, the photos helped because we couldn’t belive it, we thought the roof was new. Crew finished in two days and even patched a scuff on the fence without me asking. Hope them the best !!
