  Philip, Sophy, and the team are my heroes! My air went out at the height of summer. Philip was thorough in his assessment of my needs, and designed a system that hit every one. The job was difficult as the space where the air handler and vents ran is very tight. The team did an amazing job solving every problem they encountered. They managed the entire project including arranging for asbestos removal and pulling all necessary permits. They treated my home with respect, wearing booties over their shoes at all times, laying down cloth tarps on my floors, and cleaning up every day. They even washed down my ceiling and walls on the last day. They will be the first people I call for future HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

  I just had an A/C unit furnace and coil installed all upgraded to keep up with modern technology .. the installers were Juan and Antonio they were VERY THROUGH with EVERY DETAIL no matter how small and Jeremy who first came over to tell me the company their products and their efficiency in doing the work . I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE WORK I RECEIVED FROM AIR TECH they are comparable in prices and outstanding work ethic

  David Chen, the repair technician, was friendly, timely, and competent. We were satisfied with his work. However, Airtech appears to greatly inflate its prices for the parts and services it provides. For example, in addition to paying $713 for 8 Hrs of labor and $250 to process our warranty claim, we were charged $671 to replace the Filter/Dryer which typically retails for about $20. We were also charged $844 for 6 lbs of R410-A Puron. The price for a 25-lb cylinder at a local AC supply vendor is quoted at $279. In the end, our failed compressor was replaced, and the house is cool again. I just recommend that you shop around if you are price-sensitive!

  AirTech has been maintaining my parents' home for going on 4 years now. We get 2 services a year. Their customer service is excellent. Great communication. You get to speak to an actual person. Before your service day, you'll get a reminder email and text message. On the day of your service, you will receive a text picture of your technician that will be servicing your unit so you know who to look out for. This is a great safety measure. The techs always call and let you know when they will be arriving. Like I said, great communication through and through. The service techs are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They take detailed pictures during each service and if something doesn't seem right, they will explain what needs to be done and different options to resolve the issue. I've been very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

  I had a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm chirping in my hallway. After having both an electrician and the alarm company out in order to isolate the problem, I scheduled with Air-tech to perform a carbon monoxide check. They sent out their technician Joe Mejia the next day. He communicated on when he was arriving and was very polite and respectful. But his service went beyond the carbon monoxide check. Once he determined there was no leak, he checked the smoke alarm in relation to the Airconditioning vent. He checked filters to see if there was a blockage. He even checked batteries in the units. I am ever so thankful that he was able to determine that it was my motion sensors causing the chirping. Above and beyond as a technician! But most of all the commitment he showed represents the integrity of Air-tech and their staff. I am so impressed and looking forward to getting further work done on my system as a result of this service call. Thank you!
