  Your technician, Jose Acosta, came to our home today to inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance on our air conditioning and furnace system. After thoroughly examining both units, he explained his findings and recommended replacing the compressor capacitor, along with cleaning the air ducts and blower wheel to improve the system’s performance and efficiency. Jose is highly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful. He took the time to clearly explain the condition of our HVAC system and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Because of the outstanding service we received today, I also signed up for AirTech’s annual Membership Plan, which includes twice-a-year preventive maintenance for our HVAC system. It gives us peace of mind knowing our heating and cooling system will be professionally maintained throughout the year. Based on our experience, I highly recommend AirTech for its excellent service and outstanding technicians like Jose Acosta. Thank you for providing exceptional customer care and earning our trust! 👍

  I contacted Airtech to service my HVAC and to diagnose a problem with a mini split. Both services were conveniently scheduled at the same time so I was able to get a follow up for the mini split which ended up needing to be replaced. In the meantime the HVAC had some parts replaced and is now in great shape for the summer. A few wks later the mini split was replaced. Kudos to David, Jeremy, and Sal for their professionalism and kindness. I really appreciate local owned family businesses and these employees certainly meet my high bar of service excellence.

  AirTech responded quickly when the motor of one central air unit failed. Joe Mejia came promptly and diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and answered our concerns. Joe is conscientious, friendly, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with the repair due to Joe's honest approach and diligence finding the right replacement part. Meticulous in clean up. Very detailed oriented, yet can explain big picture in a way we could understand step by step . Highly recommend Joe M and the team at AirTech. Thank you for a job well done.

  Efficient and professional, especially after interacting with ‘a supposed highly rated’ HVAC who couldn’t even bother to return a phone call, this emergency call I made couldn’t have gone better. A phone call responded promptly, Courtney got details, scheduled a next day inspection, and as I was instructed, David showed up on time. Everything was done smoothly, David thoroughly explained what the problems are, what the works could be, and I had no reason to suspect anything to go ahead for the repair. So hard to find people work with pride these days, i was glad to choose this family owned company with the care to be expected. Big thanks!

  Air Tech became my go-to HVAC maintenance company after my previous one became difficult to reach. Although I had some trouble scheduling an appointment, everything went smoothly thereafter. I appreciate their proactive approach of sending a text with a tracker, allowing me to monitor my technician’s location. Upon arrival, the technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the necessary repairs. He provided me with multiple options and ensured that I felt comfortable with the choices. After the appointment, I noticed that one of my fans wasn’t working. I called Air Tech to inquire if they had accidentally damaged it during their visit to the attic (fortunately, it wasn’t their fault). Despite this, they promptly repaired it for me. Their professionalism and attention to detail have made me confident in their ability to provide reliable and long-lasting service!
