  Although I am not a professional in the hvac industry I am able to distinguish the difference between a true professional and an amateur. Ryan explained everything in depth and was able to answer all questions effectively. I felt more than comfortable spending the amount quoted due to his expertise

  I do not write reviews very often, but when I receive exceptional customer service, I believe in acknowledging it, especially when I think it may help other homeowners make a major long-term investment in their home. I’ve had an excellent experience with Air Tech while getting estimates for a complete HVAC replacement, and I especially want to recognize Jeremy for the outstanding job he did. Replacing an entire heating and air-conditioning system is a major investment, and I had a lot of questions about equipment options, inverter air conditioning, gas furnace versus heat pump, ductwork, register placement, attic installation, electrical needs, permits, and HERS testing. Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and thorough from the beginning. He took the time to inspect my attic, existing equipment location, duct layout, register locations, and possible condenser placement. He explained the pros and cons of different options in plain English and never made me feel rushed, pressured, or talked down to. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. He gave practical recommendations based on what would make the most sense for my home—not simply the most expensive option. He also followed up afterward, continued answering my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision much easier to understand. I have been very impressed by Air Tech. Highly recommended.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about AirTech and the team my family was fortunate to work with. Jeremy, Soph, and the entire crew were truly amazing, and the care and customer service they provided were unlike anything we had experienced before. My sister and I even referred to them as “angels on earth.” When our mother’s A/C stopped working during one of the hottest periods in Los Angeles history, a neighbor in her townhome community recommended AirTech. From their very first visit, they treated her with kindness and respect, carefully explaining what they found and what needed to be done. Although high demand meant the installation could not be scheduled for about a month, they made sure she was comfortable in the meantime by providing two temporary air conditioners for the areas of her home she used most. They communicated proactively before the work began and stayed closely coordinated with my brother-in-law throughout the project to make sure everything went smoothly. Our mother is in her 80s, and the team showed her incredible patience and compassion. They cared for her as though she were part of their own family, and that meant more to us than we can express. I wholeheartedly recommend AirTech for your heating and air-conditioning needs. In a time when so much customer service can feel automated and impersonal, AirTech made us feel genuinely cared for, not like just another project, but like partners working together toward the same goal.   If you're looking to service or replace anything HVAC-related, Air-Tech is the way to go. My wife and I recently had to replace the original HVAC system in our house that died during one of the first heat waves back in late July. (It lasted 28 years, so we knew this day was coming.) We immediately got sticker shock as we called around to get quotes. But Air-Tech was recommended by a few of our neighbors and I see why -- they were the most professional service and the broke down the details very well. Jeremy was an incredible representative through the whole process -- sitting down with me to explain how our system busted, how HVAC systems work, as well as what AirTech would install and fix that would be an improvement on our last. Our new unit took about a week to get replaced. But it was a massive job -- Sophy and his team (along with Richard and Eric) explained that the original unit was smushed into the attic in a strange way, so they needed to do some configuration. It was totally worth it, because now we have actual room to store things in our attic alongside our HVAC unit. Plus, they replaced/reinforced pieces of wood that had been torn up by termites...! Throughout all the challenges, Sophy, Richard and Eric were incredibly transparent, kind, courteous, and mindful of being in our space as we worked from home. And Jeremy was excellent about checking in regularly to answer any questions. We would highly recommend Air-Tech for any of your HVAC needs!

  Airtech has been amazing to work with! They are responsive, professional, courteous, and do a great job. We needed our mini-split units serviced because one of the units was emitting an odor. The previous homeowner had installed the heat pump system but left no instructions on maintenance so we were a bit clueless about what was needed. We called Airtech because their number was on our condenser. Scheduling a technician to come out was super easy — Daisy in the office answered the call and explained the process, cost, and schedule. The day before the appointment, Airtech sent us a reminder text. On the morning of the appointment, they sent us a text telling us our technician will be Aaron and estimated when he will arrive. And when the previous appointment ran long, both the office and Aaron himself proactively communicated by phone and text to let us know when he will be arriving. Aaron was very polite and professional. He inspected the units, performed the required maintenance, and explained what we need to do to keep the units in good shape. He also showed us how dirty our units are and recommended deep cleaning for our units. Cortnie in the office immediately got us scheduled for the deep cleaning session, which would have to be on a different day because it would take 8 hours to deep clean all 4 units. Aaron then came out for the all-day deep cleaning appointment. He took photos and videos of the units before, during, and after the cleaning and WOW! what a difference!! The cleaning was so thorough the parts shined when done. He kept the workspace neat and clean and spent extra time on the unit that was close to our kitchen and had significant build-up of grease and grime — the unit is now clean like new! While we had the units serviced, we also wanted to see if we could add additional cooling capacity to our house. Jake came out for a consult. He tested for the heat load and calculated the capacity needed to fully cool our space. He also did a detailed inspection of the electrical panel and potential placement sites for a new condenser and additional mini-splits. He then presented us with different options and precise pricing that takes into account the installation required for the job and includes all parts (including the amount of wiring and drain line materials needed) and labor. He called the office and got us scheduled for the earliest possible appointment for installation, given how extremely busy they are this time of year. The whole process was professional and courteous, consistent with our prior experience with Aaron. We have been super impressed with Aaron, Cortnie, Daisy, and Jake, and the Airtech team. We will continue to rely on their expertise to keep our cooling system running smoothly, and would wholeheartedly recommend Airtech to anyone!
