Lucio is a nice guy until the sell is complete. They agree to compensate me on the bad install they had to fix many times, but never did. I get completely ignored now and it took longer than expected due to the errors they had to fix. Lucio lied and told me that the battery will help when there's a power outage which was a lie. I had to ask many times for the money that they was going to give me once everything was complete. The system runs fine for now, but have to wait to see what it do in the summer. I don't like business that acts friendly at the beginning, but then moves weird after everything is done. Very misrepresented and I'm highly upset with the way they do business!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Suncoast Solar to install solar panels on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment Esparza, my representative, stepped in to assist me, my perspective on solar energy shifted positively. His expertise and guidance helped me see the benefits in a new light. The installation process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the professional crew who completed the job in just one day. Their expertise was evident as they seamlessly integrated the solar system onto my roof. Now, I eagerly await the results on my next SCE bill, confident that the savings will reflect the investment made with Suncoast Solar. Overall, I highly recommend Suncoast Solar for their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and efficient installation process.

So, one of their personnel stopped by my house to see if we were interested in solar. My wife was home and when this idiot came to my door he thought it was wise to ask if "she was the decision maker in the house". Are you kidding me???? FYI we are a 42yo couple so he shouldn't have thought she was some child in the house. Upon my wife confirming that, yes, she was COMPLETELY CAPABLE of making decisions in the house he said he "needed to speak to the man of the house"! Once again. .........ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I thought it was 2019, not 1949! She then told him that she was interested in 8 windows and full solar. Despite the audacity of this absolutely rude salesperson my wife was still going to proceed because she heard the company was good. The 10am appointment was made for the following day and nobody ever showed up. No call..........NOTHING! Between his "the man of the house must make decisions" and a complete blow-off of the next day's appointment I question the professionalism of the entire organization.
