  We had an incredible experience working with Brook's Garage Doors Painting & General Contracting, and our home feels completely brand new! A huge shout out to Brian, Damian, and Danny—they were fantastic throughout the entire process. They transformed the entire interior of our house with a fresh coat of paint and stunning new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. In the kitchen, they installed gorgeous new cabinets, beautiful quartz counter tops, and recessed lighting that brightens up the whole space. T hey also added a custom pantry and a dedicated coffee bar area complete with stylish shelving, which has been a total game-changer for our daily routine. The master bathroom remodel turned out equally spectacular—complete with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, updated lighting, and a breathtaking quartz shower featuring diamond-coated glass doors. One of our favorite parts of the renovation is how much easier cleaning has become—not having tile and grout lines to scrub on the kitchen counters or in the bathroom shower is an absolute dream! The quality of Brian, Damian, and Danny's workmanship and attention to detail surpassed our expectations across every single project.   We had been customers of Brooke's Garage Doors for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After an issue developed with our garage door, my mother contacted the company before doing anything and asked Larry what the safest course of action was. She was instructed to lower the garage door. She followed the instructions provided by the company, and additional damage occurred as a result. When we brought this to the owner's attention, we expected at least a conversation about what had happened. Instead, Jimmy immediately denied any responsibility, accused us of negligence, withdrew his estimate, and responded in a manner that was unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive. This was never about the cost of the repair. We understand that mechanical issues happen and that repairs cost money. What mattered was how a long-time customer was treated after relying on the advice of the company's own employee. A business is ultimately responsible for the guidance its employees provide, and refusing to acknowledge that reflects poorly on its leadership. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong, not when everything goes according to plan. Unfortunately, this company failed that test. We have decided to take our business elsewhere. There are plenty of qualified garage door companies that can perform the same work while treating customers with professionalism, respect, and accountability. I encourage anyone considering this company to read the owner's responses carefully and decide whether that's the kind of business they want to work with. For us, this experience was enough to end a relationship that had lasted for years.
