  All I needed was for him to disconnect my washer and check my valves. He tried to move the unit but said he was too big to get behind it to check the valves. He looked at the valves and said they look good. I had to get my 72 year old brother to come move the unit and disconnect the unit. I paid $100 for a service call and he did not do what I paid for!

  My service representative today was Amanda Anthony and I couldn’t have asked for a better tech. She came in and within 10 minutes had my disposal working like new. What a great skill set she has. She is helpful, efficient and respectful. Very pleasant personality. Thank you Amanda.

  They're so-called pool tech had no knowledge of our pool pump. We wasted our $65 service fee for nothing more than a personal opinion and not professional advice. Do not recommend would definitely try Leslie's pool supplies for professional pool knowledge. Just cuz a person may swim in a pool once in a while doesn't make them a certified technician unfortunately I had to put one star to post this otherwise I wouldn't put anything. Very unprofessional.
