I was given this company by a warranty service. Based on past experiences with warranty companies, sometimes the people that they send out are not ones you would hire if given the choice. I can’t say that this time as Amanda was very considerate, she diagnosed the problem immediately and was even willing to standby while I contacted the warranty company over a glitch we had in the repair order.

Commendation for Erik Reyes – Outstanding Service To the Management at Urban Worx Construction, Inc., I am writing to formally commend Erik Reyes for the plumbing work he recently completed at my property. I was incredibly impressed with the high quality of his craftsmanship. It is rare to find someone so meticulous and skilled. Furthermore, I sincerely appreciated how clean he kept the workspace; he left the area spotless, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and respect for his clients' homes. Erik is a fantastic representative of Urban Worx Construction, and I will certainly be recommending your services to others based on my experience with him.

The communication and follow up is mediocre at best. Placed service request in early August and by mid September, was still not resolved while “waiting on parts”. Ultimately had to cancel call and go with another provider and it took them 20 mins to complete the repair since all that was bad was the O-ring.
