  Quick service - I called and a plumber showed up the next morning. The plumber (John) was friendly and very thorough. He did not rush through the repairs. He made sure that he answered all of my questions. John took a lot of care in the work he did. He was very neat and cleaned up all of the areas where he worked. I have used Randal’s plumbing for over 25 years and I have always been provided with excellent service.

  I called Randall’s after contacting another big name plumbing company. I would hands down recommend Randall’s and their employee Aldo. They were honest, respectful, and thorough. Two days prior, I was offered a free plumbing inspection from a big name local company I trust w my hvac system. On this they are very good. When this same company offered free plumbing inspection, I thought it would be easy since I had remodeled in last 5years . That company identified many urgent issues. The total was $33k on a very small property! Randal’s reviewed all the same areas and identified only one actual item that was urgent. The charge… $179. My neighbors all use Randall’s too! I’ll be a loyal client!

  We called Randal regarding a Toto toilet that was not functioning properly . They came right out with the correct part and finished the job quickly. They were professional, on time, and wore booties over their shoes which went a long way with me. We will definitely be calling them the next time we have plumbing needs.
