After a water leak, we were told by our insurance adjuster and the out of town contractor they hired, that we would need to move out of our small home for 2 months in order to have our flooring redone. In an attempt at getting a second opinion I stopped in to the Flooring Innovations in Palm Desert. I had seen their commercials for years, knew they were a local company and I was hopeful that I could find some good information. When I walked in I was greeted by James. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and gave me lots of information. I left feeling hopeful and relieved. I checked out some samples of flooring and had an appointment for their contractor to come and measure our home. We were able to stay in our home for the entire process of demo and installation and instead of the estimated 2 months from our adjuster, once the product was we received we had it installed in a week! Everyone that we encountered was fantastic. James set the tone for our experience and I’m so thankful I stopped in that day. Kristy also helped me and was very friendly. We worked with contractors Micheal and Temo, our tile installation was done by Jorge, and Kevin and Adam installed our LVP flooring. Everyone was friendly and sincere. They communicated clearly and paid great attention to the details. They were always available for our questions and answered them quickly. They left our home cleaned and clear of all construction debris. They were considerate of our needing to stay in our home during the process and even took time to pet our dog. In short, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Flooring Innovations-they truly did “Floor Us” just like their jingle says.

Excellent and timely quality work removing carpet in 2 bedrooms and installing tile. Even more impressively, they responded immediately and reimbursed fairly for an inadvertently broken mirror. This is a class group with a highest degree of integrity!!
