  Esser came to the rescue again. Always a “can do” attitude, providing options for short term fixes and long term solutions. Michael Perez and his partner left no stone unturned to fix the AC and provide fail safe measures to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Called in the morning, fixed by noon. Always the best experience.

  From start to finish, my experience with Esser Air Conditioning was outstanding. Starting with Ruben the technician coming out and then Wes Carter the tech along with owner Michael Esser, were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right. They installed a brand new unit with exceptional attention to detail. The workmanship was top-notch, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. It’s hard to find a company that’s this honest, trustworthy, and committed to customer satisfaction.   Excellent service. Giovani went above and beyond. Even in the heat, he spent a long time up on the roof, checking out my system and making it run better. He was very polite and took the time to explain what he saw. He recommended I get the coils, professionally cleaned, but he did not try to sell me on it right away. I’ve tried a lot of different air-conditioning companies, but I’m going to stick with Esser from now on..

  I had used Esser AC for several years and had been happy with them. I have 3 units in my home. In 2024 I needed to replace the unit in the master bedroom. I wanted the best and paid $20,000 for the new unit. The unit may be okay. The thermostat is dreadful. The first thermostat was replaced. The temperature would bounce back and forth, up and down 2 degrees up and then 2 degrees down from the setting for a total of 4 degrees difference in the temperature. The thermostat was replaced three times, each with one similar to the prior ones. They were all the same and produced the same results. During the day I am constantly readjusting the temperature. Annoying but tolerable. At night it is intolerable. Esser has done nothing to fix this problem and I am very unhappy with this business.
