- CVConnie Vasquez4 days ago4.0Our AC broke down during this heat wave and Esser didn’t have the parts so 3 1/2 days with no AC. They put 2 portable AC’s in bedrooms, first one didn’t work so they bought a new one. Then the second one didn’t even last 1 night, my room was hotter than outside. Horrible experience because no help on weekends. No one returns our msgs either a proper call, just a text msg. Our other company before them never left us alone even on weekends. But…. The technician Ruben is so so helpful and knowledgeable. Hard working and always answers all our questions. We have talked to Wes also. Super helpful. Esser just needs to step up and have plenty parts, good portable AC’s for those unexpected emergencies when you don’t have what is necessary do your clients don’t suffer because of your low stock on parts.

We continued being a very satisfied customer for many years. This year we needed a new complete unit. So Corey came out as their rep and he was such a super salesman and caring person. The other bids could not compare. Every call to the office was handled with swift and competent service. Every tech was excellent and personable. Marco our technician was excellent and responded to all our questions and we got a yearly service.
