  I called out Door Pros on a recommendation from a neighbor in the Palm Springs area. While down in the desert last time the garage door would not open and the springs appeared to be broken. Mark came and diagnosed the problem which were broken springs resulting in an extremely heavy garage door and blown out fuses in the actual opener motor. The unit was 20 years old but Mark quoted the repairs several different ways from replacing the fuses and springs to installing a new opener. He was knowledgeable and not pushy and provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was prompt and friendly and cleaned up after himself.

  Called to make an appointment to service our garage doors and discuss current issues. Got a SAME DAY appointment! After consulting with our technician, Mike, and reviewing the four options he presented, we decided to upgrade to a new door opener, a new spring system and replace the older, insufficient rollers. Mike also replaced the old rollers on the golf cart garage door. What an amazing experience from the installation, clean up and take away of the old equipment and customer support using the WiFi app and programming of car remote with the system. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient and professional the entire time. He came back with James two days later (due to us having scheduling conflicts for the next day) to help program the cars with the remote. What an amazing difference this upgrade provides - quieter, smoother operation as door goes up/down, ceiling light brighter and on motion sensor (no more fumbling around in the dark). The wall control has a thermostat and clock. The bonus was accessibility from our phone using the app to control and monitor the garage door, a lifetime warranty on the garage door motor and 10 years for the rollers. Mike left a spray can of roller and hinge lubricant, too! Fantastic service, quality equipment, fair price - totally satisfied with Door Pros!

They installed a top-of-the-line LiftMaster opener with the myQ camera and a lifetime warranty, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Trevor, the technician, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and truly took pride in his work. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was installed perfectly, cleaning up thoroughly afterward, and answering every question I had. His knowledge and willingness to explain my options made me feel confident I had made the right decision. I was so impressed with the quality of the installation and the service that I had Door Pros install the same LiftMaster opener at our second home. Trevor handled both installations flawlessly and even stayed extra time to program all of my remotes for both properties, ensuring everything worked exactly as it should before he left. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Door Pros delivered outstanding workmanship, excellent communication, and reliable service from start to finish.
