  I have been to many Tile show rooms, this place is a disaster. It’s very unprofessional. My first impression when I entered the showroom was very disappointing. There was a bunch of women who worked there running around a empty showroom talking, laughing about their personal lives, including a manager. They were eating and drinking with food all over the front. I had to walk to the back to place an order and waited quite awhile to get service. The male representative was late and there was a line. A smile or greeting would be nice. None of the representatives or store manager was smiling. They talk to each other behind the counter about personal matters instead of handling business professionally. This place is a mess! They need new management with positive attitudes. I will never come back here again. I received better professional service at Bedrosians right around the corner. ************************************************** Follow up to response by “owner”. I never received a response from you. You don’t have my contact information. I did get the right place of business. Arizona Tile of Palm Desert! If you read through your comments many people complain about the customer service. And yes watch your cameras. I’m sure this happens often. Another time I came here girls at the front were taking pictures of themselves. Including a manager. It’s an unprofessional place. Like I said Bedrosians around the corner is way more customer service based and professional then Arizona tile, in Palm Desert.
