  Very disappointed in the service with Dwan. Tech came out for 2.5 hours and couldn't figure out the electrical issue so his supervisor told him to leave. Later, Dwan messaged saying our elevator needs to be decommissioned, modernized, or replaced and that they would no longer service us unless we used them for one of the three options given. Our elevator had just passed the state inspection a week earlier and has been running well for years. I called another outfit and they easily fixed the minor electrical issue our elevator was having. Beware using Dwan as they will want you to spend hundreds of thousands possible millions instead of just repairing minor electrical issues. Very poor judgement and business practices at Dwan so find another repair company and don't waste your time and money like we did.

  Joe and the team at Dwan Elevator were great to work with. They were responsive, professional, and quick to get our wheelchair lift serviced. Joe kept us informed throughout the process and helped us get everything up to date as quickly as possible. We really appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Dwan Elevator.

  Dwan has been very responsive, communicating with me quickly via text or email. The repairman texted me when he was close, very nice man, we think we will have repairs done soon, just waiting on parts. I would definitely recommend this company.
