  We received an alert from the water department about constant, slow water usage, so we called Drain Guardians. They promptly sent their technician, Alex, who was able to quickly detect the source of the slow leak and fix the problem completely for us! Alex was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate his prompt and excellent service and highly recommend Alex and Drain Guardians!!

  I had a great experience with Drain Guardians! Carlos was the plumber who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He did a great job and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate Carlos’s hard work and excellent customer service. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust, but Carlos definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Drain Guardians, especially Carlos, to anyone who needs a reliable plumber! and Thank you again!

  Matthew did an excellent job clearing our clogged sewer line. He was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got everything working again quickly and explained everything clearly.   I had such a great experience with Kyle from Drain Guardians. He was extremely honest, straightforward, kind, and professional from start to finish. I called because I was concerned there might be a water leak somewhere in my home, and Kyle went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. He was incredibly thorough - he checked the bathrooms, plumbing, underneath the house, and basically every possible area where a leak could be coming from. He took his time going through everything and tried to eliminate every possible cause instead of rushing through the job or trying to sell me a service I didn't need. What impressed me the most was his honesty. After spending all that time thoroughly inspecting everything, he didn't charge me a dime. It's honestly rare to come across someone who is this transparent and genuinely cares about helping the customer rather than just making money. Kyle was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated the amount of effort he put into making sure nothing was overlooked. I would absolutely recommend Kyle and Drain Guardians to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and thorough. 10/10 service and definitely someone I would call again!

  Highly recommend Drain Guardians. The drain line running from kitchen sink to the main drain line was completely blocked. Damian ran the drum auger through the drain line 3 times and finally broke through the blockage. I’ll recommend Drain Guardians to my friends and neighbors. Damian showed up on time and was very professional. The pricing was more than fair. I’m one very satisfied customer.
