  I’ve been a customer for years. The last two times I’ve needed service Daniel has come out to help me. He is a very nice young man. He seems very knowledgeable. He doesn’t start with the most expensive thing right off the bat. He starts with the most obvious and goes from there.

  Golden Aire , technician Daniel came out to look at my air conditioning unit on the same day as I called in the request. Daniel was no nonsense, and honest. He asked a few questions and immediately provided potential problems. He opened up the panel and took a look. We had just had two other big name companies look at the same problem and gave estimates from $5,000 (minimum) to $30,000, because of the age of our unit and it had a leak. First thing Daniel said, the unit is not running so it is impossible to tell if it even has a leak. He checked the fuses, good; checked the capacitor, bad. He suggested we replace the capacitor and if it works we would be good to go. He replaced the capacitor, it started working immediately. He checked the fluid pressure, okay- no leak; he checked the temperatures, not great but working. Thank you to Golden Aire and Daniel our technician.

  I called this company and the receptionist was extremely rude, I ended up using airflow and would highly recommend them. Im sorry and I dont usually leave bad reviews but I'm telling you these guys better get someone else answering there phone or this chick will ruin there reputation.

  Used Golden Aire for annual maintenance. They were very communicative and not pretentious at all. Daniel's service was top-notch and I will definitely request to have him work on our system again.
