  Julian showed up on time, was super polite and communicative. He explained the process and gave me the cost upfront. Within a couple hours everything was working and up to code. Great service!!

  Water Heaters Only responded to our Sunday morning call quickly. Lori took down all our info, model and capacity of our current water heater, and communicated when a plumber would be able to visit that day. She told us we would be given an estimate and no obligation to do the work, but the plumber would arrive with all the equipment needed to repair or replace our water heater at the visit. Marcus arrived within the time frame we were given and quickly assessed the situation. He gave us an estimate and was respectful (no pressure) in letting us decide if we wanted to move forward with replacement of our 13 year old unit. The new unit he brought was the same capacity and Bradford White brand we had, and we were pleased with that option. (Kudos to Lori for noting our info well in the initial call) Once we confirmed info with WH Only office, Marcus was ready to start the replacement process. He worked efficiently and displayed an amazing attention to detail, making sure everything was working properly before he cleaned the area thoroughly prior to letting us know the job was complete. Marcus went above and beyond the expected time frame to complete the job, and was also respectful of our time and made sure we were ok with him taking a bit longer to be sure that he could replace a connection at the time rather than scheduling to come back the next day. That thoroughness was appreciated and did not add to the original estimate. When completed, he explained the operation and settings of the new installation so that we were clear on how the new unit would function and he explained the warranties and clearly labeled the important info on the unit so we can easily access that info when needed. We would recommend calling Water Heaters Only for quick response and availability to replace a unit in an emergency situation.
