Marcus arrived on time, he was very professional, courteous and explained the installation process. He gave me a time-frame of completion and was on target. Prior to leaving he cleaned up and swept the area. I would highly recommend Marcus and I enjoyed meeting him.

This is a good company to deal with. They came out on a Sunday to give an estimate, but I wanted one more from a company that only came out during the week. After that other company came out on Monday, I decided to go with water heaters only. They came out that day. The Installer was friendly and worked hard. Everything went well. I would recommend them.

Our water heater unexpectedly started leaking and flooded part of our garage and so I contacted 3 water heater plumbing companies. Two of them contacted me back right away to schedule time for a free visual inspection and quote. I went with Water Heaters Only. Not only was their quote significantly lower than the other company’s but also their customer service was incredible! I contacted them via Google services and Paul got back to me right away. He took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. Then he got a person to come out an hour and a half later! Mike arrived on the scene exactly when he said he would be and took a look at our water heater, our pressure, and gave us a quote. He went over the estimate with us and explained everything very thoroughly. We didn’t feel pressure at all to sign or agree to anything. We had someone else coming later that evening to give us a quote. And like Mike L. said Water Heater’s Only were the much cheaper option!! Mike L. was able to come back the next morning and again like he said it took him 3 hours and we have a brand new water heater and hot water!! We also had a lot of questions about how water heaters work, how to clean it, things to be aware of next time and he took the time to talk with us! He’s very professional, friendly, and knows so much about water heaters. We learned so much from him. Thank you, Mike, Paul, and Water Heaters Only for your incredible work and kindness through this whole stressful situation! We will definitely call you again when we need our next water heater fixed in hopefully 12+ years!

Our experience was great. Marcus our installer was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and the replacement, new pipes, etc. looks perfect. If you could say a water heater looks pretty, he definitely made our area look it - clean and organized. Will definitely use them for all our water heater needs. P.S. We got three different quotes and Water Heaters Only came in at almost $1,000 less than the other two because they didn’t try to oversell b.s. I doubt the other companies would have put in as much care and attention too. Thank you!!

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the tect who showed up to replace my water heater. Julian was very polite and friendly, he finished the job in a timely matter, and answered all my questions. The folks at the office were extremely helpful, polite and professional as well. I am glad that I chose Water Heaters Only.
