I had a burnt out fan, and switches that needed to be replaced, etc. Oscar was very professional and very nice. He explained everything that needed to be done and got it all finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

******please be aware of this company****** I responded to a $500 Hydro Jetting and Free Camera Inspection promotion and scheduled service for July 3. I did not have any sewer line problems, and clogs. Non urgent. I simply wanted preventive maintenance. When the technician arrived, he said he didn’t have the hydro jet machine. Instead, he ran a snake and told me there wasn’t actually a blockage. He said that service normally costs around $77. He collected the $500 and scheduled a return visit for Monday to perform the camera inspection and hydro jetting. On Monday 7/6, the camera inspection found tree roots. I decided to get a second opinion before approving a $5,000–$10,000 repair estimate. At that point, I was told my entire $500 was for the camera inspection and would not be refunded, even though no one had ever explained beforehand that if tree roots were found and hydro jetting wasn’t performed, the promotion would effectively become a $500 camera inspection. I haven’t received any inspection reports, the inspection invoice I received contained only one photo with almost no detailed findings or video. I also received another invoice that included services such as dye testing and locating equipment that were never performed. I contacted the company manager and am still waiting for a response. My concern is not that tree roots were found, but that the pricing and charges were never clearly explained before payment was collected.

I was serviced by German who came promptly and was very courteous throughout. He explained anything I needed answered. He did work on out outside fan which needed a capacitor replacement. I knew I had to pay more for work I researched on my own which was going to be impossible for me as I didn't have the proper tools or experience to do well and rather have an experienced tech do the work quickly and cleanly for a peace of mind. And he did. Only thing I was a bit unsure of was the addition of a capacitor/compressor "kit" which was an added expense which more than doubled my bill. However I just trusted him for the need of it and had it installed too. I figure perhaps now in hindsight it may have been OK just to have the capacitor only replaced. And save me a huge chunk of bill. What do you think? Other than that everything went well and my ac has been working fine for now as it was originally (cross my fingers) This is my honest review without thinking too much and coming off the top of my head regarding the service experience. (The addition upsale of the "kit" doesn't seem to be German's decision but perhaps the business's upsale process w customer. I would love to hear what others think or a response so I can learn from it going into future dealings w HVAC vendors (or any vendors such for home improvement and repair) thanks!!)

After our initial AC service, we knew it was time to replace our old system. After talking through options of trying to keep placing money in our current system that may fail, in the long run, it is cheaper and healthier to replace our entire ducts and HVAC system. Plus, using their wonderful financing has made this process possible. Now, we will have something wonderful and not have the continued worry when the heat comes. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Service Lions for working with us!

I had a tech come out Friday on 06/12 and look at the AC conditioner as the air was not turning cold. The tech look at the system and said the system was done and I needed to replaced the air condenser, evaporator coil and the furnace. Mentioned the capacitor was done due to poor maintenance of the equipment. Saying for me replace the equipment was going to cost $24,000 or 19K for just air condenser, evaporator coil. I was concerned with this quote and got a 2nd opinion. He found that the only issue was capacitor and it needed to be replaced. He replaced and the system is up and running with no issues. Really concerned that they were really trying to scam me out of 19K.
