  Jose did a marvelous job. He was extremely pleasant, professional, well-mannered, and respectful throughout the entire visit. It was genuinely a pleasure having him in my home. He took pride in his work, and that is something I truly appreciate. I will definitely use your company again and will specifically ask for Jose.   I am so happy that I found Moffett Plumbing & Air! David, my technician could not have been more wonderful. Knowledgeable and professional beyond his years, he performed the maintenance service With skill And confidence. He shared photos of my equipment in the attic, and explained The services that he performed. I asked numerous questions and he answered them with patience and kindness. What an outstanding young man. As I had been assured, he made no attempt to upsell me, which I truly appreciate. David was honest and had integrity, and I will request him the next time I call for service.

  Luis was awesome. Prompt, kept us well informed, had a great attitude, fixed our wall heater problem in a short period of time. We definitely will recommend Luis and Moffett Plumbing and Heating to our friends and family!

  So my wife and I had been hearing strange knocking noises within our bathroom walls when water was in use and had no idea what was causing the issue. Within a day of calling Jose and Dylan came through and came up with an action plan , executed it and left my bathroom walls noise free ! I’d def recommend them and moving forward I will be using them for all my plumbing and ac issues .

  Moffett Plumbing & Air is amazing! I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out the same day. Great customer service from beginning to end. David is very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in great detail. My AC unit kept shutting off and he checked every possible scenario and fixed it promptly. My house almost feels too cool! I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan so I can stay on track. I feel so relieved and grateful that I found an honest company who cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
