  Eric and Dylan were amazing! Eric has so much knowledge and was tenacious in figuring out the best solution for a very stubborn problem. He was very transparent and took time to explain everything! Couldn’t recommend him enough! If you need a plumber choose Moffett and ask for Eric!!

  Sherween & Emmanuel are gracious, hard-working, intelligent, neat, & polite. They installed a Moen Flo and a toilet. Although there was a great deal of work, they maintained an excellent attitude and cheerful disposition throughout the Installation processes.

From the phone call to schedule an appointment, the text messages for confirmation and arrival time, the service call itself - it was perfect and leaves me smiling! This is a “keeper” company and the employees show how much they care. Thank you for wonderful service and a great experience. Plumbing problem solved at a super price.

  Sherveen has done a wonderful job on all the repairs at my house. He is efficient, dedicated and kind. He has responded promptly to every service call I have placed and most recently went out of his way to alleviate an emergency gas leak on the second story. The repair was speedy and his demeanor was exceedingly kind. My absolute favorite technician at Moffett

  My AC wasn’t working. David came out and replaced thermostat. He was friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the problem. He believes lines in attic near condenser are clogged as evidenced by water damage. We’ll have to wait and see if that is the problem until a condensation rebuild is done. Turns out thermostat was wired backwards with furnace turning on when set for cool and AC turning on when set for heat. There was a clog in lines as David thought but p-trap under sink was where the real problem was and had to be replaced.
