Joseph from Moffett Plumbing was on time & very professional! They were able to come within an hour after called about my plumbing problem. I was happy with the price they charged, I would definitely recommend them!!

I am really not sure the pressure gauge that was replaced was faulty.
The team was not ready with all equipment needed They blamed it on wrong track.
It took way too long compared to the original estimate of time
He was ready to turn over the work as completed as to the pressure gauge gauge. When I asked what was the new pressure gauge He didn’t know. We did not have water for an extra hour while they went to Home Depot to buy one.
The job was not cheap. I expected more

I had a wonderful experience with Brian. He did a perfect job installing my new water heater and even went above and beyond with extra help and attention to detail. Very professional, honest, clean, and friendly.
Highly recommended.

Had a pretty major clog on a Jack and Jill sink and Sherveen managed to take care of it. He also took care of some long overdue maintenance we had with our tankless. Super professional and really honest and an upfront pricing!
5/1/26 Complete disappointment with Moffet Plumbing - First Time / Last Time
I reached out to Moffet thinking they were legit and honest from all the interactions on the Buzz.. They quoted me $2500 to replace 6 water supply lines and angle stops. HOLY COW~ $416.67 per supply-line & angle stop. With 14 supply lines and angle stops to be replaced, it would cost $5,833.33. That I am paying for their training and experience. Tech indicated he would have to remove the entire sink off the wall for a pedestal sink instead of just removing the front plate. Regardless, $416.67 each???
Not to mention - the UP Sale of their services Upwards of another $10,000 or so.. for various other causes.
I told the tech.. I told the office, I am not interested in the up sale. They then told me the service call is $99. Wait, the office told me $89 not $99. At this point, I got suckered into paying their service call charge. Moffet completely wasted my time.
I called the office to let them know my situation and certainly unhappy with the HUGE UP SALE. They did call me back, I thought to give me a more reasonable quote but instead re-enforcing their quote and somehow the parts they use is better than everyone else's. I responded, at over $400 per, your parts better be made of GOLD. I finally said, I am not interested in arguing the why?.. I am not an investor of Moffet and the conversation is going the wrong direction. I hung up.
I then reached out to my other contractors for referral for a licensed and bonded plumber.. Within 5 minutes, I got a quote to replace all 16 supply lines and angle stop for $1,200. $75/per supply line and angle stop.
