We had an outstanding experience with California Cushion & Carpet. Julia, our salesperson, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and helped us choose the perfect flooring. Her expertise and exceptional customer service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company, and if you have the chance to work with Julia, you’re in great hands!

I've had the pleasure of working with California Cushion & Carpet for over 10 years, and they have been an invaluable partner to my interior design firm. Their customer service is consistently exceptional, their pricing is competitive, and their selection of flooring products is outstanding. As a designer, having a reliable trade partner makes all the difference, and their team always goes above and beyond to help source the right products, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly from selection through delivery. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly care about their customers. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service year after year. I highly recommend California Cushion & Carpet to anyone in the design and building industry looking for a trusted flooring partner.
