  I recently purchased a Tuff Shed Studio Pro which I am making into a backyard office. Everything about the buying and install was perfect. David Santiago went out of his way to help me make the right selection and to ensure our yard could accommodate the structure. The studio looks fantastic and I can't wait to finish the interior and start working from the space.

  Sales representatives Ian Williams was very kind, up best person who listened to what I wanted then showed me some different options for a real good price. He also took time out his go home routine and stopped by my house after work to take precise measurements for my shed. Honestly people need to learn from Ian on how to be nice, kind and not pushy just to make a dollar.

  We visited Tuff Shed looking for design ideas and were immediately greeted by sales representative David Santiago. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. David took the time to explain the various product options and design possibilities using the computer showroom tools, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. We were so impressed with everything he presented that we decided to purchase a custom Tuff Shed designed to complement our newly painted home. The shed was built and painted all in one day, and the final result exceeded our expectations. From the showroom experience to the completed installation, the entire process was AMAZING and worth every dollar spent. Thank you, David, for your expertise and outstanding customer service. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly top-notch!

  Just had another Tuff Shed installed and I'm very satisfied. David Santiago at the Ontario location made the process easy. I called David several times with questions and he was always responsive. Ricardo Godinez installed the shed perfectly. Great work from start to finish.

  Our shed looks so great! I am so happy we finally got it! David came out to measure for a shed a couple years ago after we moved to this house. We had a plastic style shed that was left by the previous homeowners. We decided that we would wait on the shed and do a few other repairs to the house. After a couple years of dealing with a smelly, broken shed, I called David back (after 2 years) and he remembered who we were, and got our quote to us immediately! He also came back to our house to re-measure and make some final decisions on details. He was very friendly and professional and made sure that our needs were met. The shed was installed yesterday and I am so so happy with it. I wish we would have done this sooner!
