  Concretor booked skip bins for 18/11 and contacted them on 24/11 to have the skip bin removed from property. 29/11 skip bin still not removed so I contacted them myself to which receptionist claims no one had contacted them to have them removed any earlier than 2/12? She offered to put in a request to have the skip bin removed earlier... 1/12 and skip bin is still here... annoying when you're in the process of moving and you have a skip bin sitting on your driveway for 2 weeks.

  had concreter book this for last thurs 18th, only needed it for 2 days, got him to contact on weds 24th saying we need the bin removed ASAP, its still here now 29th, they saying they were never contacyed for pick up, it would have been established at the start it was to be moved asap edit: 2nd dec still there what a joke trying to blame it on weather

  These guys were great from start to finish, driver Josh was really easy to deal with, he managed to reverse his truck up a winding long driveway and managed to get the skip where right where we needed it. company was great to deal with when we needed to organise another bin as we had way underestimated our rubbish, the driver was really polite, quick and efficient, couldn’t recommend them and the service we received more. We will definitely be using them again.

  I've just started using these blokes for all of my skip bins in the past month(at least 2 per week). Friendly people, very easy to book and the bins have all arrived on time. Ive been let down by other skip company's I have used in the past so this is a refreshing change.
