We were amazed at the quality and value of their products, but we were most appreciative of the customer service provided by Taylor. She talked with us about our current layout, colors, and desired outcome. She then, very patiently, showed us examples of products that would not just meet but exceed our dream bathroom. She expertly presented grout options, edge options and tile patterns. Her education, background and experience were exactly what we needed. We had shopped the big box competitor who has friendly staff without real knowledge or experience. We also shopped at the tile specialty shops with vested staff guiding us to their most profitable products. Taylor at Arizona Tile took the time to genuinely understand us, then use her skillsets to match products to what our mind’s eye envisioned. If you know exactly what you want go anywhere.
