  Jesus from Gallagher”s is very polite and professional. He arrived on time and completed the HVAC maintenance and inspection quickly. I was surprised to find out that he was also going to be inspecting our duct work among other things. Very happy with the service we received. Would recommend.

  Technician arrived on time. Was extremely polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately found the problem and solved it and explained everything to me. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

  Patrick came out and serviced our AC and heating unit today and I have to say he was such a pleasant man. He has serviced our unit for several years and I just really trust Patrick he is just a very honest and and kind and very pleasant person to talk with Gallagher‘s is fortunate to have a young man like Patrick to be part of their team. I just appreciate Patrick so much. He’s very honest and he tells us exactly what has to be done and he’s just A pleasure to talk with. If there were stars to give him, I would give him a 10 because he is a pleasure.

  Jesus was very polite and professional all around this was his second time out and was great Both times, we appreciate how he explained everything he did so we can understand hopefully he will be the one coming out next spring to do the necessary repairs on the valve replacement.and hopefully Lenox will warranty the parts under the manufacturer's warranty ,as we are supposed to have 10 years on parts and the unit is only less than 4 years old and this is the second time we've had to have the AC system charged, That part is a little disappointing. Not your company but with Lennox

  I have been a member of Gallagher’s for a few years now, and when it comes to heating and air conditioning, I have no complaints. This service was a plumbing maintenance and was disappointing from the very beginning. Initially, they called the morning of my appointment to say that my technician was ill and we would have to reschedule, so we rescheduled for a few days later with a window of 8AM to 11AM. A young lady called me about 7:45 that morning to say that my technician would be arriving by 8:30. A little bit after 9AM, I called back and asked when he would be arriving because I still hadn’t heard anything. They said he was about 30 to 45 minutes out, but it was me reaching out after he was already late. Thirty to forty-five minutes meant at the latest he should’ve been here between 9:45AM and 10AM, and he finally showed up closer to 10:30. Once he was inside, he quickly looked at my water heater and told me it was too old and I DEFINITELY and IMMEDIATELY needed a new one and he would be SO HAPPY to write up an estimate. Within the next two to three minutes, he looked at a couple faucets and a couple toilets and walked out to his truck. He came back with a fantastic bundle deal of over $5000 worth of work that I needed, and he really wanted me to “look it over” and make a decision right then and there. He never did a water test and I guess my water heater was too old to flush … which I only know now after doing my own research. He told me the wrong age of my water heater, and he only checked random fixtures within this two to three minute period of time. It felt like a rip off and a scam from the very beginning, so after he left I called the main number and asked to talk to somebody that could help me with my questions. The young lady was a bit rude and said that she would have my technician call me between 24 and 48 hours. It’s the weekend so I still have one more business day and we’ll see how that turns out. But at this point, I would not recommend their plumbing services. Very disappointing! Also, as I continue to fill out this review, I see that plumbing maintenance is not even an optional service to choose … and this was something that was offered to me. While he was here, I did ask him how long they’ve been doing the plumbing service because I didn’t even know about it, and he said it’s been three years. You would think that within a three year time period, the service would be added to their list of options when asking for a review. In fact, the following questions didn’t apply to this “service” either! It continues to feel like a SCAM, and I don’t know if I will be keeping them for my heating and air-conditioning services at this point.
