  Paid $700 plus dollars for new weather stripping just over a year ago. It failed on one door. I asked them to fix it. They wanted to charge me $100 and they used the old piece of weather stripping. It failed within a week. They are now telling me that they don't do the weather stripping any longer, but they will be happy to do a service call for $100. I tried to explain the ludicrousness of telling me that you don't do this service any longer, you used the old part because you no longer carry the material, and you want me to pay you, when you didn't do it correctly to begin with! Now, they won't respond to me.

  Christian came to our house to look at our old double hung windows. Besid3s being polite, he was thorough and detailed about finding the parts to replace the broken ones. I hope/pray that he succeeds.

  I hired Sliding Solutions in mid-2016 to re-adjust and repair five (5) pairs of sliding mirrored closet doors, each one five-feet wide. So, they did ten doors. And they did them very well. Fast forward to the end of 2017, one of those ten doors was "off". I tried to adjust it myself but, of course, was unsuccessful. I called them for service, and today, Ryan from Sliding Solutions came to my home and fixed my problem in under ten minutes. I thought Ryan was an extremely pleasant fellow, but, then, when I asked "how much", he replied "nothing". All I can say is "Happy New Year" to Ryan, and now I must offer my unqualified endorsement of a local business that does its work well and takes care of its customers, even after a year-and-a-half.

  The appointment staff and technicians were all great! They came to see the job and provided a FREE quote (not the case with other companies), and they did install one week later (again, usually much longer for other companies). They were courteous and did great work! I will definitely use them again!
