The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, highly capable, and did an excellent job communicating everything clearly throughout the visit.   Samuel Hamilton is probably the most informative service technician we have had for any of service/technical needs of our home. He expresses confidence in his abilities. He is knowledgeable of the equipment. He is very clear about options to consider regrading service, repair, and replacement. Very knowledgeable but low pressure when presenting options. Documents conditions with photos. A truly congenial and adept service technician.
