  Elvin was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to explain everything (sometimes multiple times as I’m not the quickest when it comes to technical electrical stuff)😎 He finished giving a complete estimate, including financing options before he left. Fair price with good warranty on work, glad I called them.

  I realized that I had no power coming into my guest bedroom a couple of days before I was expecting guests. Eric and Tommy from Five or Free came by and they were able to locate the issue and get it fixed so my guests can visit comfortably. Great Customer experience and with a house as old as mine if I run into any other electrical issues, and I likely will, they are who I'll be calling!

  Update 2: Crew came and fixed the issue. Update 1: Eric called (after I asked the company to put me in touch with him to clarify the matter) and said this was a one off situation and he's sorry for what happened and offered to come by and replace the fuse (with the one that I bought). I will wait for that. First review: I didn't have a good experience with this company. I reached out regarding a project and they scheduled an inspection promptly. Eric then came to visit on a Friday afternoon and inspected around. So far, everything seemed good; he took the time to explain things. Then he checked one of the outlets and in that process, short circuited due to which my fuse blew out. Outlet was old and the cover plate broke so he taped that up for safety, but did not really tell me that the fuse blew out; he so I didn't quite register this. He then took the blown fuse out after some time and told me that I should keep extra fuses at home. I told him to check which fuse was blown and what all connections wouldn't work, but he didn't pay attention to that. Post that, he pressured me so much to sign the proposal then and there itself, which I politely declined. He pressured many times. I understand things happen, but as a company you make an effort to fix the issue that you yourself create. They say they have 5 promises (one being leave a place as you found) but it wasnt kept, at least not in my case. I was very much ready to move ahead and in fact would have accepted the proposal, but this type of behavior is unacceptable. Once it was evening, I realized I had no lights in my kitchen, patio, and bedroom. He made no effort to fix my blown fuse and I had to live in dark. I waited till monday morning but then noone reached out by themselves and Eric never called me back to apologize or never offered to help. Unsure why such a treatment from a company with so many reviews and high rating. Will see if any attempt is made after I post this to rectify things. Price is bit on the higher end it seems from the poposal.
