  No response back after they sent over their quote. Cant leave a voicemail because all their mailboxes are full. No one has emailed me back. So far communication has been terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them. They only respond back to 5 star reviews. None of the 1 star reviews have been responded to by them.

  The only promise of their 5 promises that they kept was that the price they charged was per the signed bid. Otherwise they have let me down in every possible way, from incompetent installation to poor communication to terrible customer service. I have been chasing after them to finish was supposed to be a 2-3 day job for over 2 months. I went with them from the recommendation of my neighbors so I don’t understand why my job went south but I finally gave up on giving them chances and am giving them a bad review. P.S. Do NOT pay until AFTER your job passes inspection. UPDATE: 10 days after posting this review, I received a voice mail from Gilbert, the Five or Free operations manager. He sounded sincere in wanting to find out how to get me to "love them" again. His call came in on Monday, October 12 at 4:55 p.m. I called back on Tuesday, October 13 at 9 a.m. and left a message with Chloe for Gilbert to call me. No return call. I called again Wednesday, October 14 at 9 a.m. and left another message on the voice mail for Gilbert to call me back. Again, no return call. Save yourself from my predicament and hire someone else!

  Tommy seemed to be very thorough. He patiently answered my many questions, broke things down so I could understand and was respectful of my property

  I had a wonderful experience with Eric D, the electrician. He came very quickly, was extremely kind and professional, and explained everything so clearly. His calm and reassuring attitude made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly appreciated that he didn’t just fix the problem—he made sure I felt comfortable and confident that everything would be okay. Highly recommend!
