  Very good experience with these guys! Michael steered us toward the right product, work was started quickly, and installers were professional and detail-oriented. The finished product completely transformed our downstairs level into a whole new dimension! And the rooms are warmer too, thanks to the extra underlayment provided. Definitely would recommend.

  We worked with Michael to replace a cork floor in our kitchen/dining room. Michael was great to work with, extremely helpful in choosing a good product (including coming by for a site visit), very communicative during the ordering and scheduling process, and the team did a fantastic job with the installation. Definitely would recommend!

  I've been partnering with Baila Floors, specifically Michael, on a residential flooring project. He's been extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Baila and would definitely work with them again!

  My HOA had a positive experience working with Michael Pinnock of Baila Floors in 2015, for common-area carpeted hallways. I therefore contacted him again in 2026 to handle my much smaller, personal project to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting in my condo's two bedrooms. Michael's expertise helped me narrow down my product choices to a tufted-wool classic Berber loop from Unique Carpeting and Reliance fiber under-padding. Most importantly, Baila's two-day installation service went very well, despite a challenging parking situation in my SOMA neighborhood and our quirky building's layout. Baila's installer, Marco, was terrific: detail oriented and organized. He and his assistant Octavio were a good team. Both of them were punctual, friendly and efficient. They moved my furniture around carefully and put it back into place quickly. I'm extremely pleased with the beautiful results, which I hope to enjoy for many, many years! Sarah, San Francisco
