After months of frustration trying to get another company to properly diagnose and repair my air-conditioning system, I contacted Highland AC and explained that I needed a replacement condenser fan motor. He responded the very next day with a clear and reasonable estimate without requiring another diagnostic visit. That same day, he obtained the replacement motor, came to my house, and completed the installation in approximately 40 minutes. The total charge was $780 for parts and labor, compared with the $1,500 estimate I had received from the previous company for essentially the same repair. The difference in service was remarkable. Highland AC was responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. There were no unnecessary delays, repeated appointments, or unanswered questions—he simply identified what was needed, obtained the correct part, and completed the repair promptly. After everything I had gone through trying to get this issue resolved, I truly appreciated the straightforward communication and excellent service. I highly recommend Highland AC and will not hesitate to call them again for any future heating or air-conditioning needs.

My air conditioner stopped working during the hottest week this season. I called Highland Air and they were able to rearrange their schedule and come out within the hour. Being that my unit is over 20 years old, I was bracing myself for bad news and a $15,000 quote to replace it. They quickly determined the problem, had the part on their truck, and my air was running in 10 mins. They also came out last year and replaced a part on my furnace, that another highly recommended company refused to touch, because it was too old. I am so grateful for Highland Air!

If you have any AC issues, Highland Air is the place to call. Shai was incredible. Our AC had a few different symptoms. The fan would stop sometimes, blow warm air, or just get really loud. He was thorough. At first, none of these symptoms happened on his arrival, of course. He was patient, and figured out the problem. No upselling, no pressure. He was honest and was able to fix our problem quickly. Great experience with Highland Air.

So wonderful to actually find a licensed AC family owned company that is in Westlake Village. No fake website or anonymous tech, Shai shows up and gets the job done - same day as he is in the neighborhood. No abusive up-sells, no endless explanations of what is wrong, just fixed it. Thank you! Looking forward to keeping Highland Air as our AC guy in WLV.
