  Highland Air did a routine maintenance check on the AC air handler & outside unit. He was professional, on time as scheduled, and gave us a reasonable price. I highly recommend Highland and will hire them again.

  Shai is amazing!!! Came out super fast in the dead of heat and dealt with my leak. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled and kept me calm in what could have been a potentially huge problem. Easy fix and doesn’t try to get you to pay for unnecessary things. Definitely trustworthy and super helpful. Won’t use anyone else now for sure

  I had a great experience with Shai. My AC control board broke, and another company told me the part couldn’t be replaced and instead to replace the entire AC unit. I called Highland Air for a second opinion, and Shai was able to find the part and make the repair the next day, for half the cost the original company quoted. I appreciated his speed and honesty, highly recommend!

  Shai at Highland Air is awesome! A few months ago we had Shai check out our older Carrier Air Conditioning System to make sure it was ready for the summer heat & if we needed to start planning on possibly getting a new one. Shai said everything was looking good & operating well. Unfortunately today tipping 90+ degrees in West Lake Village our air decided it was time to call it quits. We reached out to Shai expecting the worse however within a few hours he just changed a blown capacitor & the cold air is blowing again without blowing up our wallet. It’s a great feeling when you find a business you can trust & depend on. Shai is our go to. Thank you Shai!
