  I used Reyes Hearing and Air recently for some much needed AC repairs and WOW they truly measured up to the high praise other customers have given them. From the wonderful customer service from Stephanie in the front office to the friendliness timeliness , professionalism and can-do" attitude by the techs in the field like Jimmy and the owner Udiel they are truly a 5 star company.

  I just had Reyes Heating and Air install a new dual heat pump as well as replacing all of my vents under my house. It was a very smooth and easy project from the meeting with Udiel til the installation of the new floor vents. The young men that did the project were respectful of both me and my property. Every day the cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of any mess they had made during the day. If you’re in need of a new furnace/air conditioner or repair of your present system, give them a call. You won’t regret it!!

  Udiel and his team were fantastic. From the initial evaluation for the quote, Udiel was very responsive and thorough. That responsiveness continued throughout the entire process whenever we had questions. His team that he brought out to do the work were efficient without compromising quality. They clearly knew what they were doing. Additionally, his office staff were easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend Udiel and Reyes HVAC for your next job!

  If you want a straightforward company, with quick, kind, knowledgeable technicians who won't create more problems to drum up business for themselves in the future, Reyes is your place. Very grateful they were able to diagnose the snipped wire a less scrupulous company cut and easily get us back up and running before the summer heat. Never working with another HVAC Co. in Marin after such a positive experience.

  Highly recommended for their professional skills, honesty and friendliness! Scheduling an appointment was quick and painless. Jimmy repaired our AC efficiently and answered my "just out of curiosity" questions about heat pumps succinctly, providing valuable information without a sales pitch. A pleasure to do business with!
