  They came here on time which I appreciated. Walter did a great job. He cleaned up and vacuumed to make sure there was no dust or fiberglass anywhere.

  We had a great experience with Attic Elite and would highly recommend them for attic insulation work. From the start, Omar was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, clearly explaining the scope and offering helpful recommendations without pressure. On installation day, Kelmer and his team were punctual, efficient, and careful, completing the work smoothly and leaving the area clean. Omar also checked in during the project to ensure everything stayed on track. Communication was excellent throughout, and Omar helped coordinate seamlessly with our roofing project, working well with our roofer to align timing. Overall, the project was well managed from start to finish, and we are very satisfied with the results.

  This is the second time we've worked with Omar from Attic Elite. The first time was at my house, and this time it was at my parents' place. I called Attic Elite because I liked their service the first time, and Omar came by again to check out this property. He was really polite and patient with my parents. Their house is a bit tricky since it has three attic spaces, one of which is very narrow. Unfortunately, there was a small crack in our ceiling above the tight attic, but it wasn't a big deal. I was pretty amazed at how they managed to squeeze through that narrow spot to do the work and remove the dusty insulation covered with rodent droppings and damaged air ducts. I was genuinely impressed with how they handled everything, and Omar sent a technician to fix the small issue within two days, making it look just like new. I really appreciate all their effort, even in the blazing heat. Overall, they were professional and friendly, and they kept everything tidy, which really stood out. The whole project took four days. My parents are happy, and I want to thank Omar and his team again for all their hard work.

  I hired this company for an attic clean-up and insulation package. The contract specifically stated that the work would include air sealing “in compliance with California Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards.” During the project, two ceiling fire sprinkler heads were pushed through the ceiling, leaving visible ceiling damage and chunks of drywall on the floor and my bed. What was most disappointing was how the company handled the situation afterward. I raised the damage along with concerns about whether the work performed actually met the compliance commitment in their contract. Rather than taking responsibility and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, they refused to offer any accommodation for the damage or meaningfully address my other concerns. Their position shifted over the course of our conversations, but the outcome remained the same: they were unwilling to budge on any of my concerns or make any meaningful effort to resolve them. Problems can happen during construction. What matters is how a contractor responds when they do. In this case, their work resulted in damage to my home, and when I brought it to their attention, they were unwilling to work with me toward a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company. If you do choose to hire them, I would strongly recommend getting explicit written clarification about exactly what they consider included and excluded under any “Title 24 compliant” language in the contract, particularly if your home has fire sprinklers.
