- PCPhyllis Charles5 days ago5.0Danis returned for a service call to address a new mouse problem. He discovered an access point under the house and provided a seal to keep the rodents out. In addition, he provided a temporary mesh fix to the crawlspace door until we can find a permanent solution. Danis was friendly and prompt, and provided suggestions to help us resolve the issue. Thank you for providing a great and much-needed service!

Omar came over, went to the attic, explained very well how attic will be cleaned up and insulated with the new material, made a lot of pictures. The working team led by Walfer Perez is very accurate, fast and efficient. Very detail oriented and knowledgeable. They cover all holes with the metal mesh in the roof and attic, removed old bad insulation, sanitized all area and installed new insulation and traps for rodents. They protect all furniture and walls - excellent work and work ethics! Thank you very much, guys for great job done. Appreciated.
- KEK EscoApr 20, 20262.0The work itself (remove/install insulation, install whole house fan in attic) seemed to be done ok. What was not ok was the screws they left scattered in my driveway, the two razor blades the left stuck in my firewood, and the zero communication after the job (they added insulation in my garage and I wanted to know if the roof then needed to be vented. Answer from a roofer “yes”. So if you do your garage add $500-1000 to add a roof vent). I know removing insulation is messy work, but all the more reason not to put their pump right in the plants by the front door - just move it out to the dirt where nothing gets trampled! I find it hard to believe this is still a Diamond Certified company. A blower or broom to clean off the sidewalk and driveway, and answering basic questions would improve this company a lot
