I hired Attic Elite due to rodent damage and low insulation. They worked to seal up rodent entries and added in more insulation. Recently, I went to change my air filter and noticed that the vent was weirdly blocked resulting in the pollutant accumulating around it. I went into the attic and fixed the vent but the fact it was left in that condition is concerning. I also haven’t noticed any improvement on inconsistencies in temperature in various rooms near the attic.

Kelmer was a consummate professional with a very pleasant disposition. Arrived eary ready to tackle the task! I was truly impressed with the level of care that was taken to mask all surrounding areas of my home that could possibly come in contact with any of the insulation, debris, or contaminants. The guys were thorough, efficient, and did an outstanding job taking care of my attic situation that I desperately needed remedied before the cold season and the rodents who had caused damage, returned. Thanks Gents!🙏🏿

I had a great experience with Attic Elite. They did the attic package that included removing old insulation, cleaning, sanitizing, sealing, and installing new insulation. They did two properties for me over two days. What I appreciated most: - They texted 30 minutes before arrival on the first day (they called when they had arrived on the second day - less ideal, but it worked out) - They got right to work and seemed focused and efficient - They covered the nearby areas (garage and laundry room) to keep them clean - They texted me when the job was complete - I paid by check and had a copy of the paid invoice and images of their work before and after, in my inbox within 10 minutes. It was very easy and I can already feel my house retaining the temperature better than it used to. We also had a critter problem in our attics, so knowing that everything has been cleared out and sealed going into the cooler seasons and beyond is very reassuring. Thank you Attic Elite. I have already referred some friends to you.

Wildfire protection work in our attic was done ahead of schedule, and very efficiently. Technician was friendly, protected all areas that might be affected by dust or other droppings, and was a pleasure to work with. Work was completed within the timeframe promised, which was important because water to our building had to be cut off due to the presence of our fire suppression sprinkler system. Attic Elite staff was very helpful in getting work done, since we had to reschedule several times due to health issues on our part.

We hired Attic Elite to install insulation, clean up the attic and crawl space, install new air ducks and seal the house with ember mesh. The whole process was fast, clear, and hassle-free. We received the quote the same day and were able to schedule the work within the same week. The team was very professional throughout the entire project. Even though the work involved the attic and crawl space, everything was handled neatly, and the surrounding areas were cleaned up quickly afterward. They also set up rodent traps so we can monitor the house and make sure everything has been properly sealed. We’ll see how that goes over the next few weeks. If you want to get your attic or crawl space project done quickly, professionally, and without a lot of hassle, Attic Elite is definitely a company I would recommend.
