Founded by Sidney Rubin, Sid's Carpet Barn has been providing quality flooring for Southern California from its original location ("The Red Barn") at 132 West 8th street in National City, since 1950.
Since our humble beginning as a discount retail carpet store, we have grown into a full service flooring company with four convenient locations (including three retail locations totaling in excess of 70,000 square feet of warehousing and showroom space) in Southern California to serve our loyal customers.
Today after numerous years in the floor covering business we have grown to be among the top 50 largest specialty flooring companies in the United States.

- SNSteven Nye4 days ago5.0Went to all the warehouses and discovered it would take 3 weeks for carpet to be delivered, as they have to order it. Went to SId's and within a week we had our carpet installed. Apparently Sid's has there own wherehouse, allowing them to make quick turnaround order's.

Sinda, our sales representative, showed us several different styles of carpet and we quickly located the carpet we wanted. She scheduled a measurement right away, so we could get the order submitted quickly, because we wanted to ensure that the carpet was installed before the end of the month. The carpet was installed in less than two weeks from the time we ordered it. The installer Pablo and his associate did a great job. We were pleased with their performance and appreciate their hard work. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up after the carpet installation was completed. We would highly recommend that you consider Sid’s Carpet Barn for your flooring project. We are very happy with the results of our project. Thanks to Sinda and her team for completing the work efficiently and so successfully.
