- ZAZeke AlexanderApr 2, 20211.0Callous, careless, and no customer service skills. They supposedly fixed my heating system, only to have it blow tepid air. Then the hot water tank they installed (and charged $4,000) stopped working after 2 years. The Ray-Mac technician told me it would be covered under warranty. Instead, they charged me a small fortune to repair it ($400), and didn't even bother to reply to my letter or phone call of complaint about the bill. Unprofessional and unresponsive doesn't even begin to describe it.
