  We have had the pleasure of working with this company for an about a year. Not only do they do great work, they back up their promise by maintaining our AC and heating units with very clear expertise. But it goes Beyond that…they have sent some of the most courteous employees I have ever had an opportunity to work with. Every staff member that has crossed our threshold has been kind, genuine, hard-working, and each truly love who they work for which says a lot about a company. We will continue to be faithful customers for years to come!

  I am writing to convey my significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent HVAC tune-up service appointment conducted at my property. The overall experience we encountered during this service call was far below the professional standards we have come to expect, proving to be both incredibly stressful and ultimately unacceptable. We experienced several issues during the appointment that caused considerable concern and left us feeling profoundly dissatisfied with the quality and outcome of the service. I believe a direct conversation would be most effective to fully articulate the specifics of these concerns.   I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I called because my AC was still turning on but was not cooling to the set temperature, not because it wouldn't turn on. The technician diagnosed the problem, recommended replacing two parts, and charged me over $834 plus monthly membership of $20 per month for 6 months. After the repair, my AC was still not cooling, it was only pushing air around. The temperature inside and the temperature of the air coming out remained the same before and after install. After installing the parts, the technician then told me that my AC system was undersized. If that was the real issue, he should've let me know me before I spent hundreds of dollars on unnecessary parts. Either the technician misdiagnosed the problem or tried to mislead me. I tried to work with the company to reach a fair resolution, but instead they kept avoiding responsibility, acting very unprofessionally and giving me the runaround. The entire experience left me feeling like I had been ripped off. Instead of fixing the problem, they sold me an expensive repair that changed nothing. Poor diagnosis, poor communication, poor customer service, overpriced repairs, very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

  Rodrigo was fantastic to work with. He was professional, honest, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue instead of rushing to an expensive repair. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and got my AC back up and running quickly. I really appreciated that he focused on fixing the root cause rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s hard to find technicians you can trust, and Rodrigo definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend him and RR Electric, Heating & Air for anyone needing HVAC service. Thanks again, Rodrigo!
