  Hector Mendoza was able to fix my electrical wiring on my home. The circuit breaker was damaged. He fixed everything in a few hours and took care of us like family.   The Service Technician, Erik Garcia, who came to affect the necessary repair on my new filtration system was great! He arrived on time and made the repair in short order. He was polite and quite friendly. I would add more good things to say about Erik but he wasn't here long enough for me to add anything else, except to say that I hope he's a dad. Judging from his character, he would be a good one and his kids would be blessed! Thank you Erik and thank you AMERICAN for hiring quality people!

  Jennifer came and helped reconnect my ring camera after it stopped working. She took the time to explain what was wrong and helped me secure it back properly. It’s refreshing to know that there is a female electrician on board. What a wonderful and educational experience! Omar and Dominic came to install my new water purifier, and those boys have been so wonderful and helpful. It’s so nice to have people that will take the time to listen to you and explain what is going.

The swift response to our power outages which affected the medical equipment of a family member was on target. Most grateful to Jennifer R, and Hector M, for their attention to our safety, the work was time intensive, but thorough and the work area was cleanly finished. They took time to answer questions and explained what was being done in detail.
