  Dominic was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He arrived on time, at the top of the appointment window and provided a clear and detailed verbal and written explanation of the problem and the repair recommendations. We highly recommend Dominic and Zip Appliance and will use their airlines again in the future.

  I used their services because they had reasonable prices. Marcus our technician was very very polite and professional. I had a very slight miscommunication and misunderstanding with him which he stayed polite with me throughout. His team reached out immediately with a solution that I was satisfied with. I was actually very surprised how fast they reached out. I feel they went out of their way to make sure I was happy which in my view makes them trustworthy and definitely will use them if needed in the future. Shout out to Jaunita and Marcus.

  My portable dishwasher began spilling water all over my kitchen. We started with Gio who checked out the dishwasher ran it through several cycles and couldn't get it to repeat watering the entire kitchen. He spent about an hour. But let me know if it continued I should call back for another visit at no charge. After running the dishwasher again and getting a good soaking I called back. Marcus came today. He took the top off and used a flashlight to look for any kinks in the hose. Just as he was turning to leave he spotted culpret, the sprayer attachment on my faucet was dripping out a steady stream beginning the soaking again. It wasnt even a problem with the dishwasher. I was so thankful for him being so observant. I couldn't be more delighted with Zip Appliance repair! And who I will use in the future.
